About this condo rental

Situated in Baga, this lovely condo for $16 per night is a great option for your next trip. Apartment in Kyle Gardens, Calangute, Goa, India - Peaceful Location, 10 Minutes Walk To Beach, 5 Mins To Baga Road The property is perfectly situated just to the right of the entrance with immediate view to the pool. One of three properties that we offer on this beautiful complex. The complex itself is very peaceful but the superb night life, bars and restaurants can be experienced through only a 5 minute walk to the famous 'Baga Rd'. Walking in the opposite direction, the Calangute cross roads are reached within 10 minutes, a very good starting point for viewing the shops along the Calangute Beach Rd. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, and has a "new feel". The pool is superbly maintained and is for the exclusive use of apartment owners and guests. The property is very secure. Should any maintenance issues arise, then we rely upon our excellent agent, Sarah Blower of “Abracasa”, herself based locally to the accommodation. Bars, restaurants, and indeed a launderette are all very close by. The property includes A/C cable TV, fridge/freezer, cooking hobs and utensils.

My friend and arrived at Kyle Gardens on Saturday 25/02/23 at 2pm, there were no one to greet us, the security guard did not speak English, after a couple of hours waiting in 31 degrees heat, someone finally came to see us, we later found out that a couple were still in our flat A1-03, dispite checking out is 11am. I found some of the flat owners rude to the Indian guest regarding the use off pool. I was shocked and upset with there remarks. Everyone is equal. Our room was never cleaned in the 3 weeks we stayed. The key lock had broken the 2nd week off our holiday, and even though I reported it, it was not fixed and only had padlock to lock front door. I would not stay at Kyle gardens again, because of the problems I have mentioned, but mostly because of the English home owners rude, treatment and actions against the Indian visitors, and I am a British citizen.

Lovely clean apartment with everything in that’s needed. Great location lovely pool area. Had some bulbs blow in the apartment probably due to a few local power cut and when I messaged the property manager they came and sorted it the same day while we was out. Great service can’t wait to come back and hopefully say again..

Lovely clean apartment with everything in that’s needed. Great location lovely pool area.
