We liked the space itself. It was convenient because it had everything. The location was good for tourists because everything is very close by. There were enough towels to refresh for the 9 days and the washing machine was convenient. The beds downstairs were comfortable.
The noise. There are many bars around and they play music until 3am at least. For the people sleeping upstairs, it is not great because the balcony door let's through a lot of noise. We eventually moved the mattress into the hallway of the attic and then the noise was a bit less but there was still a small window that doesn't close fully. We were there for 9 nights and we had no cleaning. It does smell a lot like cat pee in the surrounding area and the garden does not look like it is presented in the pictures at all.

Brilliant location. Clean, tidy property. Basic essentials were all there (eg corkscrew!) Decor interesting. General ambience and setting calming. Mini supermarket just two minutes walk. Aircon absolutely necessary and working.
The metal steps to access bedroom could do with carpet tiles or similar applying to the steps. In bare feet they could be pretty uncomfortable when traversing. One thing I would like to suggest to Iannis would be to put in a couple of electric points with USB ports in them. Some many of our rechargable electrics need them these days.

me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week, it was a lovely spot with restaurants nearby, the beach nearby, and bars aswell. the garden is beautiful and the host was lovely!
genuinely the only thing i can think of we didn’t like is that the ceiling in the bedroom is a bit low, so tall people can’t stand up straight. but it wasn’t a big problem at all

Nota positiva per la posizione, per la casa relativamente ampia e isolata, per un bagno adeguato e una cucina fornita degli attrezzi necessari per pranzi e cene veloci. Erano disponibili anche aria condizionata e ventilatore, anche se non faceva ancora troppo caldo.
Soggiorno nel complesso deludente rispetto al prezzo pagato. La gestione è stata totalmente assente: ho ricevuto solo un breve messaggio con le istruzioni per le chiavi, senza alcun contatto durante la permanenza o al check-out. L'appartamento presenta criticità strutturali non segnalate, come una scala interna molto ripida per accedere alla camera da letto e una scarsa illuminazione generale. In soggiorno ci sono solo due poltrone e nessun divano, quindi non c'era modo di dormire al piano terra per evitare il rumore notturno (musica e movida del fine settimana) che entrava dalla piccola finestra della camera. Nota negativa anche per la piazza antistante: un sito potenzialmente splendido con resti archeologici, ma deturpato da un enorme deposito di spazzatura che bisognava attraversare ogni volta. Il prezzo non rispecchia la qualità del servizio. Purtroppo, la struttura riflette il problema del turismo di massa che colpisce la città antica di Rodi, in realtà molto bella, ma deturpata da locali commerciali dozzinali e da un'accoglienza purtroppo sbrigativa e poco empatica.
