Situated in Flagstaff, this attractive house for $264 per night is a great choice for your next break. Cozy home in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to Historic downtown Flagstaff and I-40. Avoiding the gridlock on Milton Road will save you some grief. An hour and a half to the Grand Canyon, one hour to Oak Creek Canyon and Sedona, minutes to Coconino National Forest, Wupatki and Walnut Canyon National Monuments as well as Sunset Crater. Winter skiing at the Arizona Snowbowl or ride the lift in the summer for fantastic views of Northern Arizona! At 7000' in elevation Flagstaff has a lot to offer year round, simply too much to list. Large fenced backyard with putting green, swing set and a deck that wraps around from front to back with gas grill. Game room with pool table and sleeper sofa. Three bedrooms, one with king bed, one queen and one with two twins. two baths: master with large walk in shower, second with tub/shower combination. Minutes to Foxglenn Park and Flagstaff Aquaplex. Amenities: Internet/TV gas fireplace board games putting green washer/dry dishwasher 5 burner gas range refrigerator all linens, towels, etc provided two twin air mattresses with pumps if needed dishes, utensils and cuisinart cookware. My family enjoyed Christmas in Flagstaff this year. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Everything we needed was there for us. We absolutely loved the game room. My daughter is a NAU student and we will definitely stay again. Loved it!

Location was ideal and the property was beautiful, well maintained and spacious. Kitchen & appliances available were also perfect and allowed us to enjoy cooking our own meals as well as the local restaurants. There were several restaurants in the listing as "nearby" and the ones we visited were great, especially Eat N' Run and Satchmo's. Host went above and beyond when we had a winter storm during our stay, by kindly reaching out to offer to shovel the driveway which we appreciated very much. We'll be definitely looking this place up again for future trips, really excellent and suited our needs traveling with 2 kids under 3 years old.

My daughter graduated and I had the family over for dinner after and it was a wonderful experience. The house felt like home and everything one could need was there for us to use. I chose this home based on the amount of space and bed sizes. Excellent choice and communication with host was superior. Highly recommend

We loved our stay at this cute home. It was spotless. The floors were cleaner than our own home. The enclosed backyard was great for our toddler and dog. The main house was very baby friendly. Once you closed all the doors, he couldn’t get into anything or fall down any steps. The owners responded right away to any inquiries and the location was great.

Lots of space, and chairs. Lots of toys: Pool Table, Putting Green, Cornhole, Decks, decent internet. Very nice to hang out, not just a place to sleep. The negatives were one large bed was very firm (I was told like sleeping on the floor) I was in the Master Bedroom and I thought that bed was fine. We saw 3 spiders in the house, not much of an issue, but one of my party is extremely sensitive to spiders, including allergic to a bite, so it made me more aware of spiders (the 3 we saw were no issue). The driveway has a steep transition from the street and had to be very careful to not scrape mufflers upon entry. A neighbor using a chainsaw at 930 at night was appearing to be a concern but they quit before any attempt to sleep. A good place to stay.

The country club cottage is absolutely perfect. We were visiting our NAU student, who is spending the summer working. Our group consisted of 3 adults and an elderly father. Homes in Flagstaff that doesn’t have a lot of steps for our elderly father isn’t easy, but this home worked very well. Another rarity in Flagstaff is A/C. All rooms except one have A/C units in them. This was great being that temperatures were warmer than usual while we were there. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful, tucked away in the country club. The front deck was one of the most used spots while we were there. We enjoyed dinner out there each evening. Our son liked that the home was away from campus (since he’s on summer break) and that getting to the home didn’t require using Milton Road or Route 66( both get busy). The home has a fully fenced yard and lots of activities. Perfect for traveling with kids or a pet. The home is stocked with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and looking at all of the beautiful homes, and spending time in the comfortable living room. The driveway is a little steep right at the beginning, but we quickly learned to enter at an angle so that our car didn’t scrape. The owners left nice simple instructions for the check out process and even had someone come over and take the trash bins to the street so that we didn’t have to worry about it. The house is spotless clean! We look forward to returning!

Property was just as described and well furnished with things your own home would have. Host was easy to communicate with and even had snow removed from drive for us upon arrival. Although property is tucked away in a golf course community, it’s within minutes of food/shopping and 30min to Arizona Snow Bowl.

We brought our 3 kids and 2 dogs up to Flagstaff for a long weekend getaway. This house was perfect! Plenty of games and activities to keep 3 kids busy for 5 days, and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

For a family of four and one dog, there was plenty of room. Even had the grandparents come for one night and still felt very roomy. Beds were super comfortable, even our kids made mention of the how cozy the beds were. House has many amenities and a pantry full of odds/ends should you forget to bring items. Kitchen is well stocked, rooms have A/C and the pool/game room is a fun bonus. Kids loved playing pool, cornhole, and enjoying the swing set. We didn’t get a chance to use the Wii, but that is also available. TVs (basic antenna) in 3 areas though there is no cable per se, or option for streaming, etc that we could tell nor a DVD player. That wasn’t an issue for us since we really wanted little to no screen time, so we took advantage of all of the available games. :) The wrap around porch is nice and the yard is fenced in all around. We liked having porch lights for different doorways of the house. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and perfect for family/dog walks. Close to downtown and the campus. Overall, the home is very cozy, has a somewhat dated feel, but very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We hope to come back again!

This house was one of the best stocked homes I have stayed in. They had a grill, coffee pots, crock pot — every kitchen item one would need. House was much larger than we needed but we enjoyed having the space. Nice wrap around porch for morning coffee. Would definitely stay again. Great communication with hosts.

We wanted to get out of the heat and had a local event we were going to with our highschool boys that are graduating. It was the perfect setting where they could hang and chill out with us, plenty of room. Pictures are as the place is, a little bit old fashion in decor, but totally comfortable!

This was perfect getaway for our mini break. The kitchen was stocked with all the essential appliances and spices. The backyard gave our kids enough space to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood and just minutes away from Downtown. Will be coming back.

Excellent weekend stay, for 4 adults and their two kindergartners who are great friends. They enjoyed the backyard swing and had plenty of room to run around. Foxglenn park is quite close. Wonderful house, well equipped. Greatly enjoyed our stay - thank you.
