The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice.
They have advertised on the booking.com page that they have laundry facilities - which was one of the reasons we booked it. They do not have laundry facilities available to guests.
They gave us wristbands for all inclusive, but when we arrived back to the hotel that night they informed us that they made a mistake and that they would need to take the wristbands off. Human error, but they could have left them on. It left a bad taste in our mouth moving forward.
My bed was also extremely squeaky.
