With attractive furniture, airy space, modern appliances - equipped with flat screen Tv in the both bedrooms, wireless internet, two air-conditioning, kitchen and bathroom utilities - and appraised modestly, it's delightful to live in. It's 45 m2, recently and fully renovated flat on the first floor, with a long balcony open towards Croatian National Theater, with the two bedrooms, living rooms, modern kitchen and bathroom. It is of the ideal size for the families, couples or groups. All most important city spots and locations are at the hand of its guests, so that those intended on enjoying Split Roman-mediterranean and mystical atmosphere, are ideally located here. Location; Location; Location !!!! Near by apartment around 100 meters there are restaurant, caffe, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, Atm machine, fish market cinema, , disco club, theater, bank etc.. We can arrange one day trip for near by islands. We have taxi driver for trips as like Dubrovnik waterfall Krka, national park Plitvice , airport transfer. All in a half price of regular. Distance from : Museum of town Split 300 m, Puppet Show Theater 20 m, Fish market 70 m, grocery market 250 m, Ethnographic museum 250 m, Museum of archaeology 900 m, Gallery Mestrovic 1000 m, Catholic & Ortodox church 100 m .Poljud stadion 800 m. Winter temperature and many sunny days, allow you to be a whole day outdoor, visiting many historical places, galleries and museums in the town of Split and in nearby town Solin. Take advantage of walking or jogging through pine wood on Marjan hill (10 min from the apartment). There is a possibility of enjoying wonderful walking tracks on mountains Kozjak and Mosor. One can also enjoy the opportunity of making excursions to the nearby islands, visiting the National Parks (lakes Plitvice, islands of Kornati, Paklenica – mountain Velebit, river Krka, island Mljet) or try out rafting on the river Cetina (25 km) or enjoy horse-back riding (35 km). Great place to stay!

Great place to stay!

The apartment was cozy, clean with a great little balcony outside the bedroom. A great place to enjoy a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. The location is perfect! You are only a small walk from restaurants, attractions and hikes. The owners are friendly and kind and close by for any assistance. We highly recommend staying at this property!

Poorly maintained building between major construction project and multiple cafes with outdoor seating-very high noise level at all hours. Bring your earplugs. 'Second' bedroom is converted living room/lounge, leaving very little usable space. No washer as listed in description.

Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte hervorragend! Transfer wurde super organisiert vom Flughafen zur Wohnung und zurück. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt und somit Ausgangspunkt für jede Exkursion. 50 m entfernt befindet sich der Bäcker und ein Spargeschäft . Gaststätten sind immer vorher zu reservieren. Zu Empfehlen ist das Restaurant welches sich direkt vor der Tür befinden. Zusammenfassend heißt das für uns, wir kommen wieder 👍Andrea& Torsten
