Nestled in Seaside, this charming condo for $109 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 1 King 1 Queen Newly remodeled and comfortable upper floor condominium just off the Necanicum River and only a short walk to Convention Center, downtown, and beach. Tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home including King bed in the master bedroom, , and Queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Full bath with tub/shower combo off the hall. Living room has comfortable seating, cable TV/DVD player. The kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher, dinette set with sliders to balcony with river view. Free internet access. Unit is licensed for a maximum occupancy of 4 people with no more than 2 vehicles allowed. No pets or smoking allowed. Guests are allowed to use the laundry facilities free of charge.

Nice clean unit with good location. But it is an upstairs unit with no elevator making it difficult for seniors to haul luggage upstairs. And the kitchen lighting is poor. Keep in mind that a 75 y/0 male is writing this review.

Home away from home!
We were in town for a dance competition so this location (about a 2 minute walk from the convention center) was ideal! But we were still so close to everything else and didn’t use our car once!
As a self proclaimed clean freak, this place was great! Very clean and had cleaning supplies available to keep it that way during our stay!
Comfortable beds, cozy living area, and fully stocked kitchen!

Loved the location of this property and how quiet it was. One block to the convention center and five blocks to the beach. This property is older and it is really showing it’s age. One wall had a foot-long gouge in it that hadn’t been repaired.Either the bulbs were burned out or they weren’t strong enough but the kitchen was a dark hole. We had to take one of the living room lights and put it in the kitchen to be able to see.

My best friend and I decided that we needed a weekend to ourselves to relax away from children, pets, and partners. The condo was the perfect place! We spent 3 days and 2 nights which was plenty enough to enjoy the beach and everything Seaside has to offer. The condo itself was perfect! Not being able to access the WiFi was a downside but a beneficial plus for our parts haha. We want to thank the condo owners for giving us the best space needed for a weekend of relaxation! Best Friend Getaway
My best friend and I decided that we needed a weekend to ourselves to relax away from children, pets, and partners. The condo was the perfect place! Had a great time in Seaside celebrating our 50th Anniversary. Very comfortable accommodations. Especially enjoyed the well stocked kitchen so we didn't have to eat out for every meal!

Was very impressed with this condo. It is just two blocks from Promenade, 1-1/2 blocks from Convention Center and easy walking to restaurants and other attractions. The condo's decor was nicely done. I am sure the place has been recently updated. Carpet looked new and kitchen had stone countertops. It was comfortable and met our needs. Was also impressed with the management company for this unit. The check-in process was thorough, fast and easy. We had a glitch with our internet and they were quick to respond and get us up and running.

This property is located close to everything in Seaside. It was very clean and quiet. The only thing that I would have liked to have was a couple of fans to help cool off the property but it was unusually warm during the time that we were there.
