The lady at the front desk when we checked in was so kind and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was working perfectly well. Loved that it was a walk in shower.
The breakfast was good too.

Staff were excellent. Jennifer went out of her way to help with a lost item. She's a keeper.

We arrived after mid night and the young man at check-in was superb. Very friendly, explained the hotel in such a calm and delightful manner. Room was great. Clean, comfortable, large. Parking was great for a large trailer and close to the highway.
The aircon was too loud, but the highway was even louder. Had a room looking onto the interstate and was surprised just how noisy it was compared to other hotels, including other HI hotels. Would stay here again but ask for a non highway facing room next time.

Third stay at this location. The hotel is contemporary, clean, with very friendly staff. The breakfast is above average. The location right off interstate 64 is very convenient. The pool and exercise room are small, but nicely appointed.
