We had the most amazing stay at Kikere Studios and genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The studios were absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, comfortable and so well looked after. The pool area was gorgeous and such a lovely place to relax, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Puerto del Carmen.
What really made the stay special was how welcoming everyone was. We felt so comfortable and relaxed the entire time and honestly didn’t want to leave! We had the best week and made such lovely memories here. It completely exceeded our expectations and was easily a 10/10 stay. We would 100% recommend Kikere Studios and would come back again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much to all of the staff for making our holiday so special! ❤️☀️

Rooms were clean. Nice walk nearby to watch the sunset. Was able to get a sun lounger.
Checkin wasn't great- didn't get information on safety box, wifi and wasn't informed about breakfast. Building works started early (out of the hotel’s control). I left a day early as there was significant disruption in the hotel at around midnight but no staff on hand to support- the next day i got a message to say the police were called and someone had come to give me an update, but I am unsure this happened. They did offer to move me rooms but I changed my flight by then as it felt unsafe for a solo traveller.
