Not winterproof.

The location and the layout of the apartment were nice. The host, Victor, was very polite, he welcomed us right on time.

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay and checked out early. The apartment was extremely cold and not suitable for winter, even with the available heating. I had started sneezing and feeling flu-like symptoms after 3 nights, which ultimately led to our decision to leave early. The power supply was inadequate and would trip when heating and appliances were used at the same time. Sound insulation was very poor—we could clearly hear the neighbors at all times. While the layout is nice, the apartment is uncomfortable in winter and overall disappointing. It may be more suitable in summer, although the lack of soundproofing could still cause issues with noisy neighbors.

Clean, spacious and perfectly located apartment for exploring Valencia and enjoying the beach!

Excellent location, right next to Mestalla Stadium, just a 20-minute easy walk to the city center. Getting to the beach is very simple via bus line 32, which stops literally 30 meters from the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable for four adults and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. It’s located in a quiet building on the second floor, and the elevator is fully functional. Key collection is handled through a reception desk in another part of the city, but the process is straightforward and efficient. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, and everything was well-maintained. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Even though the location was great and the apartment was clean, we would not stay here again.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was very clean.

The beds were a bit hard and we did not sleep well. The apartment walls were paper thin so we heard everything that was happening upstairs. The hot water took forever to come in the shower and then it went away quickly. The toilet seat was broken and there were only two very small rolls of toilet paper available. No hot water came out of the faucet in the bathroom sink. The sofa in the apartment was horrible. It was a sofa bed and you could feel the metal when you sat on it so there was no place to sit down and relax. The kitchen could have used a table. Since there was no individual heating in each bedroom, it was freezing at night. Even though the location was great and the apartment was clean, we would not stay here again.
