A spacious house at the seafront in Grenivik. Upper level with a bedroom with double bed in massive oak, two bedrooms with bunk beds, elegant bathroom. Lower level with a spacious living room with direct access to the garden and a view to the sea. Internet access, separate bathroom. Hotpot in the garden with enough privacy and access to the house.
The kitchen has all comfort such as microwave, stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster. In the house there is a washing machine and a tumbler as well. An ideal place for families and a longer stay in Iceland.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It has fantastic views over the fjord which can be enjoyed from multiple rooms and also the hot tub outside. It was well equipped with spacious clean rooms. Excellent communication from the host and detailed instructions for use of property / ideas for trips in the local area. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house right on the fjord in Grenivik. The views were stunning every morning, along with bean to cup coffee! The hot tub was a brilliant way to unwind after exploring the area. The property itself was generous in size, comfortable and well-equipped - a great quiet base for exploring the region. Location although outside of Akureyri was fine. Being past the toll road it’s a short drive to Húsavík, and good for visits to Goðafoss and other highlights. The pool in Akureyri was great, and the smaller pool in Grenivik (about 20 for 2Ad/2Ch), good alternative to a spa!. On the activity front, nearby horse-riding was a real highlight. A great picturesque base for our trip and would happily stay again.

Lots of room for our family of four. Hot Pot was amazing and we even saw the northern lights one night. Location was great - about 30 min drive from Akureyri in a quaint little town right on the water. Beautiful. A couple of small quibbles - the beds are very firm, the wi-fi in the living room is dreadful so you cannot stream or cast onto the tv, the espresso maker is finicky, and make sure to read up on the trash procedures ahead of time - it’s a distance to the main bins. But like I said - very small issues for an overall wonderful stay in a great house. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome house, with 1 big Room with king size bed and 2 smaller ones. Big kitchen with all the facilities and a huge and comfy living room in the cave. It was given all instructions days before our arrival with all the details. We consideres the better house during our trip to Iceland.
The less positive point was the hot tub, because it took 7/8h to full fill instead of 2 hours as it said in the instructions.
