Awesome location with chickens, ducks and goats for company and wonderful views over fields. Walking distance to Hay-on-Wye and a short drive to some great walks in the Brecon NP.
Outdoor seating (cushions) was wet after rain so we couldn't use the seats outside. Sometimes tricky getting out the driveway as visibility onto a 60mph road was not the best.

The setting is perfect - on a farm with goats and hens closeby. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and furnished. The hosts were lovely, available to chat and answer questions when necessary. Very convenient for Hay on Wye . Calm and peaceful.
We could have done with more kitchen utensils.

Very clean, good shower, well designed and kitted out, nice comfortable bed. Very thoughtful owner who included milk, bread, and butter for our 2 night stay, which was much appreciated. The property overall was very good, the location was also good, about a 15 minute walk along a main road into the centre of Hay, although care is needed for the first 6-7 minutes of the walk as there is no path.
