Nestled in French Quarter, this lovely apartment hotel for $649 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The Jazz Quarters is a beautiful boutique hotel across from the new Louis Armstrong park and only 3 blocks from Bourbon Street. The Jazz Trio is 3 adjacent suites which we have combined to makes it wonderful for a group. It includes the Bolden suite, the King Oliver suite, and the White suite. These suites combined will accommodate up to 10 people. All of our cottage suites are named for musicians made famous in New Orleans. The Bolden cottage suite contains a luxury King bedroom and a sitting parlor with a commercial sofa sleeper and a beautiful bathroom with a garden tub/shower. The King Oliver suite is a beautiful King suite with a bedroom and a commercial sofa sleeper in a separate sitting parlor and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. The White suite is a smaller suite with a large single bedroom containing a queen bed and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. All of the suite are furnished with local artwork, some antiques, and luxury linens. Each suite has a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

We stayed at this wonderful hidden gem from Thursday to Monday! This was a perfect location! Just a short walk across the street to get you to where you want to go! Everybody that was staying in other cottages were also very friendly! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We came for a bachelorette party and had about 18 people with us. This location was absolutely perfect. We could walk everywhere, and there were enough spaces for everyone to have their privacy.

It was smaller than what I expected but this was perfect for our group as we had no intention on staying in haha. The entire process was simple, and I plan to stay there when we go back!

The property is a great find. Everything was clean and plenty of amenities. Trent was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back.

My group and I were blown away by the location. We loved the private parking (gated) and the shared area. Everyone who was a guest was very friendly, but still kept their distance. The actual cottages were very clean and comfortable. The French Quarter was walking distance. I would definitely stay here again in a group and even if in a smaller party. Check in and check out was an easy process.

This place was AWESOME!! We had 10 girls staying and it worked out perfect. The host Trent was helpful and accommodating. Gave us a ton of recommendations. The hot tubs was clean and ready to go.

This was a great location with plenty of classic touches in each room. The ability to have friends together- but separate in each individual suite is what made it such a unique experience. The location was in a quiet area near the Quarter but we felt safe walking to Bourbon Street area or even others parts of New Orleans. Trent was an excellent host and so easy to communicate with throughout. Highly recommended to future guests.

Our family stayed in The White, King Oliver and Boldan. Great place. Just a few blocks from Bourbon. Short walk to the coffee shop opposite direction from Bourbon Street on St. Phillip. Great Courtyard. Never used our vehicle the whole stay. Kept it parked in the gated parking. Each room had a small fridge and Keurig which we all used. The covered patio was great place to hang out in the evenings with TV and stereo setup too especially when it rained several hours on Saturday . We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. Great place for several families. There's about 20 units.
