The cabin was so cute and cozy! The beds were comfy and we love that there was enough comfy seating in the living for all 4 of us to gather. The owners were super responsive and helpful getting us extra towels. The extra time and energy put in to the binders with fun things to do in town and places to eat is so nice and goes to show how much the owners love their cabin and want others to enjoy it too. You can really feel the love in this cozy cabin.

Nice, cozy cabin in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The place is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay. Host was very kind and quick to communicate. Cabin is only a 10 min drive to downtown Flagstaff which ended up being perfect. My wife, dog and I loved our stay and would highly recommend to others!

The property was inviting and very comfortable and super dog friendly. The beds were so comfy too... and the kitchen had all we needed. The loft is great for the kids and the trails were a blast for family hikes. The owners are so kind... we left an important item behind and they took the time to send it back to us. Thank you so much for a great stay, we look forward to returning.

My husband, my sister-in-law, and I stayed at this Darling Cabin in the Woods for six nights, and it was just the vacation that we needed. It's next to other properties, but has a forest feel, and is close to trails. It's very close to Flagstaff, Sedona, and a pretty quick drive to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, so there's so much that you can do within a short proximity of this property, and it's a nice quiet place to relax after a day of hiking. I would definitely recommend this cabin, and would stay here again!

We loved it! It really was a super cute cabin in the woods. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated that the departure rules were not a mile long like some other VRBO's I have stayed in. Take note that this cabin is in a neighborhood and neighbors are close. But, still very much in the forest with beautiful hiking trails within walking distance. Perfect for my husband and I.

I am so happy that we rented this location. It was perfect!!! Well stocked and comfortable. I love their balcony where you can sit and listen to the wind in the trees. We hiked quote a few of the local trails and was happy with the entire experience. Thank you again for letting us rent your cabin in the pine trees.

Had a nice relaxing weekend. Very quiet. Kitchen was pretty stocked with everything you need. We brought all of our own food and cooked all weekend. Did not use the grill, but there is one. Recommend highly.

We spent spring break at "Darling Cabin in the Woods" mid March 2022. We communicated with the property owner ahead of our arrival that we would arrive late due to our roadtrip. We got there at 11:30pm. Unfortunately the cabin was unaccessible due to being locked. When we called the owner she immediately directed us to a back up option to gain immediate access. She was even kind enough to check in with us the next day to make sure we got settled in. It was not super warm in the area that time of year so we were unable to use the firepit and ourdoor furniture. However, the cabin was warm and cozy inside. Quite a treat! Well priced with a discount for staying a week. The only thing we wished we had was a washer/dryer but we found one to use in Flagstaff and did laundry mid week. Worked out perfectly. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. We did so many things through the week that we have never done, Grand Canyon, and more. Would love to come back sometime.

We loved our stay at this cabin. It was quaint and cozy. It had everything we needed. Very close to downtown, but also secluded and quiet. Peggy was wonderful and kept very good communication with us. We plan to make this a once a year trip during the winter!

This little cabin is amazing and just minutes outside Flagstaff. You can access Sedona and the Grand Canyon from the property as well. It’s a great place to hang up your boots after a day of hiking, biking, skiing, or adventuring with a warm and cozy cabin feel.

The storybook setting for our family Christmas gathering! The cabin had all the amenities we needed, clean and comfortable with excellent support from our host. Close enough to all the sights of Flagstaff but secluded for that “get away” from it all feeling. I hope to come back and experience it all again!

Really enjoyed their cabin. Comfy furniture and mattress. Quick hot water and clean microwave, always a plus in my book 🙂. Kids really enjoyed staying in the loft. Short list of directions on fridge easy to follow. We will be booking again.

This was a perfect stay to visit our daughter at Northern Arizona University. We were very close to downtown and at the same time felt very secluded and peaceful. Our Thanksgiving 2021 was Great! Thank you!

Our family had a great time at the cabin! It was very cozy and well equipped. Very close to many activities and hiking trails! Nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of birds. Had two desks for our kids to do homework. Great outdoor areas for lounging and barbecuing.

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved having hiking trails within walking distance. Staying at this property allowed us to also make a day trip to the Grand Canyon.

We loved the property. It was like staying in a tree house. We were visiting our daughter for the NAU family weekend. We only stayed two nights, but managed to walk the forested trails just down the street three times. The kitchen provided all we needed-so we made all our meals at the cabin. We hope to come again.

We had a miscommunication about our arrival date but the owner was very responsive and took care of things right away. This house is as advertised and was a comfortable and convenient forest retreat for our family. Access to first trails right up the road was so perfect for evening hikes and private sledding when it snowed. We’d definitely stay here again next time we travel to Flagstaff!
