Welcome home to this wonderful, Superb, Luxurious, Executive & comfortable 2 storey home located in a great neighborhood in the Isles of the Oasis in Homestead. Beautifully landscaped yard. Living room & formal dining room are delightfully furnished. Gourmet kitchen has ceramic tile flooring, recessed lightning, granite counters, and breakfast bar. Ceramic tile bathroom floors and double sinks.The house comes with 60 ' TVs, Ceiling fans, Sonos Play 3 speakers in every room & Bose Sound Systems with Eero Wifi System & Airport Express for wireless music streaming. High Speed Wireless Internet, Cable TV and comfortably fits 8 people in 4 rooms and 10 people max. Beautiful and Spacious Garden. In close proximity to Turnpike Exit 2 and US 1 Highway. Biscayne National Park, Homestead Beach, Coral Castle, Everglades National Park, Homestead Speedway (NASCAR), The Keys, Dadeland Mall, Aventura Mall, Miami, Miami Beach. There is a Bus Transportation that take guests to Kendall to join the Metro lines to Miami and the Airport. There is also an Enterprise Car Rental Services nearby that will pick guests up to rent a vehicle and drop you off after the return of the vehicle. Guests can also rent from the Airport and drop off the vehicles back to the airport. Long term rentals are welcome.

We chose Abey’s house for its proximity to The Everglades National Park. It is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house is as described in the listing. There are restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets within a short drive. We have everything we need in the house. In between dining outside, we cooked pasta twice for dinner. Highly recommend it.

The beds were comfortable and if the AC had been on when we arrived, the stay would have been absolutely perfect. It didn’t cool off until the middle of the night so it was a difficult sleep but the next night was a dream. Great neighborhood and great location.

Everything got better
There was a hiccup on the property being cleaned as the cleaning company did not make it. However with a few conversations with Abey and a few calls out to other cleaning companies one was located that evening and sent over and everything was taken care of in the end.

BE AWARE! - The owner may be upstairs in the 5th bedroom!
After spending the night in this house, we were SHOCKED when the owner came down the stairs while we were cooking breakfast at 11 AM! We had NO IDEA there was a master suite upstairs, or that he was staying there while we slept. He asked the day before when we would arrive, to which I responded (via VRBO) "sometime after 6 PM". We arrived after 11 PM. We visited until about 1 AM and went to bed.
The next morning, we got up, showered and were preparing breakfast in the kitchen around 11 AM when Abey came down the stairs into the room! This means he was in the house for at least 12 hours before coming downstairs. We felt that our privacy had been violated, to say the least!
After coming down the stairs, Abey asked if I got his message. I responded that I had not. I then looked and found a message in my email from VRBO sent at 4:50 AM. It stated, "I hope you guys are well settled, I'm in my room and fell asleep while waiting for you guys yesterday. I will see you in the morning before leaving."
We would NEVER have rented this home if we had known the owner would be sleeping upstairs (undisclosed) while we were in the house. There was NO reason for him to wait for us to arrive. We have never had a host wait to "show you around" at a VRBO or any other vacation rental.
We asked about a DVD player. He went upstairs to his room and came down with 2 DVD players in boxes. He tried unsuccessfully for over 30 minutes to connect the DVD player to the tv while we uncomfortably ate breakfast about 15 feet away from him. He stayed in the room playing with the tv while we prepared to leave for the day. None of the TVs in the house worked.
When we left, he was still in the house. We felt uneasy about leaving our belongings while he was there, and we had no guarantee that he would leave during the day. We asked him directly if he would be there that night. He told us he would shower and then leave the house. His car was in the locked garage, so we couldn't see if he left.
We returned around midnight and wondered all night if he was upstairs. There was no way for us to know.
There were Sonos speakers with microphones in every room and two in the kitchen area. There was a security system with a screen on the wall near the kitchen. We wondered if our conversations were being monitored or if we were being watched.
Abey has great reviews, but staying in his house while he was hidden upstairs was upsetting and very creepy!!

An excellent property in a very nice neighborhood and location (i.e., close freeway and grocery store). Host (Abey) is very responsive and has done a great job making sure our stay is comfortable. Will definitely return in future trips to the area.

Beautiful home
First, this VRBO rental is beautiful and located in a great neighborhood. Property owner is very kind. As other reviews have noted, there is a dog nearby that barks occasionally, but this was never loud enough to bother us. There is a outdoor gym for working out just a few blocks away. We used that many times.
We did do a lot of cleaning, floors, dishes, counters and rugs as the prior guest and/or cleaning person didn’t do a quality job. There was rice on the counter and floor, and food stuck on the dishes put away in the cabinets. We left the home much cleaner for the next guest renting the home. Thanks for everything, overall it was a wonderful stay and central to many attractions.

The property was very nice, clean, and in a very secure neighborhood. Super close to shopping for all the essentials you need. The property was very well equipped with everything we needed.
It was also within 30 minutes of everything we were doing, zoo, aquarium, and airport.
The only glitch we had was sent the wrong entry code by accident. They responded to us super fast. We would definitely stay there again.

Other guests may wish to know that the house was quite warm (>81 degrees) upon arrival, and took a while for the upstairs bedrooms to cool. The ac was remotely turned up while we were gone during the day, and the house was again over 80 degrees when we returned from activities on the second day. The owner left warnings that the ac must not be turned below 72 degrees or the guests would be evicted without refund. There was also a barking dog left outside for hours next door both nights that was disturbing, but the neighborhood was otherwise very nice, quiet and safe. Overall, the house was very comfortable and was in a great location to enjoy Miami, the Keys and Everglades, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great house for a group!
The property is located in a nice subdivision with several lakes. The house itself was very well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, TVs in every room, and the owner easy to communicate with. It was very clean as well, and plenty of space for everyone! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and it worked great for us. My only recommendations to the owner are to get some board games for the house and some plasticware (all dishes were glass/ceramic). Overall I'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again! We did an Airboat ride in the everglades and snorkeling at John Pennekamp Coral Reef state park during our stay, I'd recommend both!

The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We visited the keys and it was about 2.5 hours from the house which wasn't bad at all. The owner was great to communicate with. He was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The first night there the neighbors dog was barking a few times during the night and early morning but obviously that had nothing to do with the home itself. The only thing was that the toaster and air fryer weren't clean but no big deal as we didn't use them. But the overall stay was great. Thank you Abey for having us in your home.

Came to town for a work event at the Miami Speedway and the property was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and very close to the racetrack! Next time we come to town I hope to stay here again. Thanks!
