About this condo rental
Nestled in Ocean City, this charming condo for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Enjoy our home away from home on the ocean! HPS 3C has been completely renovated from the walls and floors to the furnishings, appliances, counters, and bath rooms - a complete and wonderful remodel. The large direct ocean front balcony with Adirondack chairs for morning coffee, and bar height Adirondack chairs for afternoon cocktails is an absolute pleasure. The totally renovated kitchen is a chef's dream. The master bedroom is an oasis of comfort and tranquility, with a completely custom tiled master shower, with bench that has a view of the ocean through the clear glass door. The second bedroom has two double beds to sleep up to 4 guests. Another two guests can be accommodated on the Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The main living area has a 54" Smart TV on the wall with a hidden DVD player, and both bedrooms also have Smart TV's. All sliders and windows were replaced in 2021. Enjoy the pool at High Point South or spend the afternoon on the beach and relax to the balcony for late afternoon drinks, before heading out to enjoy OC's nightlife. Conveniently located across the street from TJ Maxx and the Liquor Store, and one block from the famous and original Greene Turtle!

We loved our new place we stayed in this year for our family vacation. It was just as we pictured. The place was clean, enough room for 6 of us and provided everything we needed in the kitchen. They were great communicating about getting in and helping us with any questions. The only thing I would change is the pool closing so early, the kids love to night swim and made them sad to see the other pools open so late :)

Had a great week and the Unit was clean and nicely set up/decorated. As much as we love the beach, we found ourselves just chilling out on the patio/deck on the tall bar-style chair. Had a great view of the pool & beach with a cool breeze. Mornings were peaceful with being able to see the sunrise from the bedroom. A couple of quick storms that passed through left beautiful rainbows over the ocean. This will be a place to bookmark for a possible return.

This condo was perfect for our family for a week. The condo itself is updated and has everything you need for a successful vacation with kids. Everything was in good shape and clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space inside the condo and the balcony is fantastic in both size and view.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook (if you want), storage cabinet downstairs has plenty of beach equipment for adults and kids. The beach and pool are fantastic and never seemed overcrowded.
The location of this condo was perfect for us as it's away from the noise of the boardwalk but only about a 10-15 minute drive if you want to visit. There's plenty of restaurants/stores/activities within walking distance or a few minute drive.

The condo overall was very nice. As much as we enjoyed our stay in High Point South & in this particular condo we were disappointed there was no washer or dryer in the unit. While it is true that the condo spec indicated they were not included, the common washer & dryer in the hall were so dirty & the area so unclean we would not use it under any circumstances.
While the condo advertised individual air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms & one in the main area these units were so loud you had to put the volume on all tv’s so high to hear. Additionally, it was hard to get a restful sleep with the loud noise of the a/c turning on & off throughout the night. Adding central air would resolve this major complaint.
Lastly, while the primary bedroom was large & well situated, the sun rising at approx 6am woke us up extremely early each day. It was okay to watch the sun rise one time but everyday was too much. It would seem that room darkening shades or window treatment could easily rectify this situation whereby all renters would have a choice to be early risers or not.
In all other respects the condo was good. For the reasons stated above, we would not consider renting this particular condo again.

Had a wonderful stay. Place was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. We spent our mornings drinking our freshly brewed coffee on the balcony and evenings on it drinking wine and listening to music from our bluetooth radio we brought from home. On the two rainy days we played cards and board games that were at the rental. They had everything you needed for the beach so we didn't need to bring anything from home (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and toys). The color scheme, tiled floors and granite countertops made us feel at home since they match or were the same as what we have in our home. Wonderful place to stay for a relaxing break from work/school.

We were looking for somewhere to relax and celebrate and this condo was perfect! It felt like home but since everything was already clean and beautifully decorated there wasn’t any stress of home! Our first night we got take out and lounged in sweats to unwind in the cozy living room area. We woke up to a perfect sunrise and drank our coffee on the patio while watching the baby fox run around in the grass and sand. It’s location was great for walking to get some dinner and drinks but wasn’t super close to the hustle and bustle of down by the inlet. It was just the two of us for the long weekend but the layout would be great if we brought the kids along as well. If we hadn’t already booked something for the summer for our family vacation, we would absolutely
be booking this place! Maybe next year!

We had a really fun stay in Ocean City. The condo is centrally located and just as pictured. It's very comfortable and well laid out to use the space and provide privacy for both bedrooms.
The kitchen is very well outfitted and the dining and sitting area are really nice.
The view is lovely and we enjoyed the breezes off the ocean and sounds of the waves.
We'd definitely stay here again!

Thank you for having us at your nicely renovated condo. A great start to my daughter’s spring break. The balcony was nice with an amazing view of the ocean. It was very serene. Once we figured out the remotes, we were able to binge watch our favorite shows when it was raining outside. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Just a few things found unclean, like the rubber mittens in drawer food particles between counter & stove, and the refrigerator & freezer needs cleaning. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Thank you for your hospitality.

The bedrooms were filthy— blood stains on the mattress pad, white crusty stains on the comforters and pillow cases, etc. There was also a film of slimy dust all over the walls in the rooms. When we raised our concerns, the owners didn’t respond quickly, and then they wanted pictures, and then they wanted to call and discuss rather then just fixing it. The day before our week was up they sent someone to our home — while we were there which was irritating— and then refused to compensate us fairly for the lack of cleanliness and inconvenience of this experience.
Also the TV didn’t work properly and we had to keep stopping our movies and restarting it. The owners did nothing to resolve this.
The location was close to the beach and we could see the ocean which was awesome — though the pool was so loud we could hardly hear ourselves when we were on the deck.
Overall not worth the price. A motel for 1/4 the cost wouldve been the same level of clean :(

Our family enjoyed the condo. I cooked often, and my only complaints were there was no wish, no scissors and only 1 pot large enough to boil spaghetti noodles. 2 would have been great. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our week.

We had a wonderful week in OC in our favorite condo in HPS! It is the best unit with updated everything! We loved the new couch. too! John and Maura are always so accomodating and easy to communicate with. They take pride in providing a great experience for their guests. I made the mistake of leaving a drawer full of clothes but they made sure it was all shipped back to me and even covered the cost. Kudos to the guests after us that helped facilitate it. We will always come back to stay in 3C and consider it our home away from home in OC!

Our home away from home
This was our second year at this place and we will keep going back until they stop offering it (hopefully never), the view is amazing and makes it really easy to get to the pool and the beach. We love this place to call it our home for the week we stay at the beach. Thanks again!

Perfect Ocean City trip
We had an amazing stay at this property, I'm hoping we can stay again next year! The entire unit was perfect, all the decor and attention to detail was really beautiful. The views from the balcony were incredible, and check in and parking were a breeze. Loved the building and the laid back atmosphere. The only recommendation I would make is blackout curtains in the master bedroom. It's bright early in the morning, but it was nice to sit on the balcony and some coffee with a view. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook up a nice breakfast in the mornings or stay in for dinner. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Our 3 year old was quite sad to leave "her condo"

Absolutely fabulous place
This condo is so beautiful, it's like walking into a brand new Remodeled place from home and garden. Everything you needed was supplied. The view is the ocean so you know that's incredible. We felt we were extra blessed because we had the joy of watching a family of 6 boxes run around and frolic in the dunes right in front of the condo. The owners were so easy to work with and the place was just incredibly beautiful. We can't wait to come back again.. So if you're looking for a place to stay ocean view this is it. AAA rating

Very Nice Condo
Overall, this condo is very nice but I feel that the living room furniture and throw carpet need to be replaced. I understand that it’s a rental unit and the couch material needs to last but Levi? Very outdated and not comfortable at all and the chair material appears stained, but maybe it's just my old eyes. The throw rug in the living room wasn't vacuumed when I arrived and there was trash and food crumbs on the kitchen counter. The general trash in the kitchen waste bucket had not be emptied either and there were dishes still drying on the counter as well. The ocean view is spectacular and while I didn’t use the pool due to cooler fall temps it too appears very nice. I'm older so I don't need to be at the Boardwalk so this location is good for folks that just want to hang out at a locals bar (Crab Cake Factory, Duffy's, Tequila Mockingbird, Pit and Pub, Cafe' Mirage) are all good local places. I would rent this unit again but some upgrades need to be made in the living room and I feel consideration should be made to upgrading the master bed and box spring as well. I truly wanted to give this condo 5-stars but with food crumbs and drying dishes on the kitchen counter and the trash not being emptied it only gets 3-stars. For the price, I should not have had to clean the counter, dry the dishes and put them away, empty the trash, or vacuum the living room throw rug.
