Well equipt. Spacious, Quiet, great views.
Dust on skirting boards, some cob webs, some dirty plates and glasses. Bedrooms that hadn't been used for a while, hadn't been freshly cleaned, which had given time for insects to inhabit. Many of the rooms are quite tired and in need of updating. En-suites are generally small with grouting in need of refreshing.
