The stay was comfortable and general good. It was my second stay with Ahmed at reception upgrading our room this time round, by moving us away from the noisy gym area.
Further Khuzaima at reception and Usama at the restaurant were particularly attentive and helpful
The noise remains concerning despite being away from the gym. Not sure if there was construction ongoing outside at night or the building needs soundproofing.

Beautiful room with a stunning view of the golf course. Helpful, friendly staff. The whole hotel has amazing AC and great WiFi.
Our second room wasn’t ready upon check in and we waited 5 hours to be given the room. A few issues with payments that we queried and it was eventually sorted.
