Booking this apartment in Ondarroa was the best choice we could have ever made. As read in a different review of the town, it is definitely a hidden gem of the Basque Country.
The apartment itself is located very centrally, and convenient to get anywhere - restaurants, shops, bars and a delicious bakery. The place is spacious, very very clean and well equipped for a family stay. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. It is an absolute dream come true for a fantastic and relaxing holiday. Marian is so warm and welcoming. She really gone out of her way to ensure we were really well looked after.
Location wise, we drove to San Sebastian (40min), Pamplona (1h40min), Nuevo Bosque de Oma (50min). There is a large supermarket 4 min drive away. Regular Bus service also connects the local villages, shops and beaches. There are 4-5 car parks around the town, so as much as you may not end up parking right in front of the appartment, you will easily park within 7 min walking distance.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w samym centrum. Apartament przestronny i ciekawie urządzony.
Problem z parkingiem, szczególnie gdy jest fiesta, ale to cecha wszystkich małych miasteczek na wybrzeżu.

Pas de parking - 5 étage- Pas de volets.
Chambre exigue comme une alcôve où l' on ne pouvait pas dormir à deux si ce n' est d' enjamber l' autre.
3 poutres au dessus de la tête : mon compagnon, 1 m73 s' est plusieurs fois cogné la tête.
Dans la pièce du fond, il y a un canapé mais le matelas était trop dur pour qu' on puisse dormir là !
Dommage !
