Family home walking distance (3 miles) to local beach available for minimum of 30 days or as long as 3 months. The home is 3100 square feet, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Outdoor pool has hot tub adjoining, plus barbecue area and waterfall/pond to create a great outdoor living atmosphere . Eight person outdoor dining table plus additional seating for 8 people throughout the backyard. Festival lights help create a relaxing setting. Heated pool and hot tub are great for summer enjoyment. Home owners will be traveling for the three month period and wish to rent the home to a responsible person(s). Location is in a safe,mature neighborhood ( Forster Ranch). Home built in 1996, has 3 car garage that is used to house a pool table, ping pong table and work bench area. Home is located 5 minute car drive to beach, 45 minute walk. Thirty minutes to John Wayne airport, 45 minutes to Disneyland or San Diego recreational areas. All utilities are included in weekly/monthly rates - no extra fees. Master bedroom has king size sleep number bed with recently renovated master bath with operate shower and tub. Each additional bedroom has queen size beds. Pets would be considered if well trained with additional deposit.

This home was simply beautiful, tucked away in a great neighborhood with access to incredible walking paths, hiking trails and biking on the coast. House had all necessities to enjoy cooking at home with ample outdoor sitting areas for all the rest & relaxation you need. Pool & spa were a great bonus. Super close to beaches allowing us to fully enjoy the coastal living lifestyle. We would definately stay in this home again. Communication with owner was very easy and timely. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and neighborhood with us!

Wonderful home, we have been using VRBO for 10 years and never disappointed. Paul was great to work with, I think this is the best property we have ever rented. Hopefully we will be able to rent his home again next summer. The house and pool are well maintained and the neighbors are wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay in San Clemente. The house was spacious with comfortable beds. The backyard was amazing. It has a nice pool with a jacuzzi which we used quite often. Easy access to some trails to walk your dog. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this property again.

The home was very clean. The pool was gorgeous and really made our stay fun and relaxing. The entire outdoor area and kitchen were perfect for family dinners and hanging out. It felt like a resort. We hiked every morning right from the home which led to beautiful ocean views. It was only 10 minutes to the beach by car and shopping was just a few minutes away. The home does not have AC and it was very hot while we were there...estimating it was at least 80 degrees at night in the master bedroom so sleeping was challenging. There were fans provided but they were loud and not very effective in the large master bedroom. Aside from that it was a great space!

My husband and I stayed with our three kids in July 2018. We absolutely loved the house, the patio and the pool. The owners are very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is wonderful, the large TV just outside the kitchen was wonderful, the neighborhood is beautiful, and all shopping and beaches are within easy access by car. There are also hiking trails within walking distance. We highly recommend this property!
