Located in Dana Point, this lovely house for $595 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Luxury 3 Bedroom 3 1/2 bath home with Ocean and Dana Harbor View. Home has been newly remodeled and boasts a pool and Spa Sprawling chefs kitchen in quiet beach community The house has all the amenities of home and includes Pool Table 80 inch flat screen and is only a 4 min drive from Dana Point Harbor and all it has to offer. Close to Freeway for easy access and swift commute to any San Diego , Orange County or Los Angeles destination. 40 Minutes from Disneyland. Laguna Beach and Newport beach are a very Short drive 15 mins depending on the Season. This spacious, impeccable 4000 square foot family home has a Warm modern influence. It is located within a quiet gated community. A Smaller Newly remodeled swimming pool and spa Baja shelf is the perfect place to watch the sun dip into the Pacific Ocean. This dream home has large well appointed rooms.. You can bask in the sun either on the lounge chairs or the private 1000 sq ft Covered Paver deck or at one of the many local beaches just minutes away. Everything you need for some fun in the sun is provided, beach chairs, beach towels, The master suite has a pillow top king size bed,with awesome ocean views . Bed room two and three have king sized beds. Each bedroom has their own in suite bath and TV. The Family room has a large 80 flat screen TV surround sound , fireplace with awesome views. The pool table is just off the family room and ping pong may be played as well. The premier golf course at Monarch Beach is less than 10 minutes away as well as several other public courses. The Mission San Juan Capistrano is 5 minutes away. As well. There are numerous five star resorts nearby such as the Ritz Carlton, St Regis and the Montage for spa treatments if you so desire. The surrounding areas of the Dana Point Harbor, Laguna Beach, San Clement and San Juan Capistrano have some fabulous restaurants if you don’t want to be creative in the state-of-the-art stainless steel kitchen. You can fill your days with trips to Disneyland, Knots Berry Farm, Newport Beach, Fashion Island, Balboa Island, The San Diego Zoo or Sea World or just stay at home an relax by the pool. The sun set views are remarkable and the moonlit ocean is mesmerizing. This resort like setting is casual and comfortable you won’t want to leave but you can always come back next year! This home and location is amazing! It's in a beautiful, quiet, upscale neighborhood. the home was very clean comfortable and beautifully decorated. Fantastic ocean view! from the pool deck. There's several places to relax on the deck. We loved the pool and spa were relaxing and refreshing. Rob was great to work with. Responds quickly. I would love to stay there again!

The house is just incredible inside and out and one of the most well- appointed and equipped we have ever rented. We traveled with a family of five with teenage kids and we had such a great stay at this luxurious and beautiful property. We loved everything inside and outside, the beautiful art, the views, the comfortable furniture, the amazing beds, the pool and hot tub, the perfect in- and outdoor kitchen and we didn’t want to leave the house. There is nothing we had missed. Ron, the owner responds immediately, he is very nice and has left many instructions for all things in the house. The neighborhood is gated and peaceful, shops, restaurants and beaches are only a short ride. Ron has left a welcome basket with wine, cookies and Chocolate. He is a such a great host. Couldn’t recommend this property enough and we will definitely come back. Thank you Ron for your very kind hospitality!

We traveled with one other couple and the house was spacious and welcoming. This property was more beautiful and comfortable than any other VRBO I've been to (and I've been all over the world with VRBO!) The host, Ron, thought of every possible creature comfort we might need and the indoor and outdoor kitchens were a chef's dream. He was readily available for questions but there are instructions in the house that make everything easy to understand. The temps got cool at night but there were fireplaces and fur throws everywhere to keep you toasty. Walking distance to wonderful hiking trails and a quick 5 minute trip down the hill to the beach, marina, and restaurants galore. Close to downtown SJC (delightful) and Laguna, Newport and La Jolla are easy day trips. This house will not disappoint and you will want to come back if only for the fabulous heated, lighted toilet in primary bath. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! I definitely recommend this wonderful property.

I rented Ron's property for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th bday along with two of my friends. The listing on vrbo doesn't do this house justice! Everything was just spectacular, from communicating with Ron, supplies in the house, how comfortable and spacious the house was, to of course, the views! We loved the back patio for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Location is great as well and we could easily get to laguna or newport. Couldn't recommend this property enough!

It worked out perfect. My daughter got married 10 minutes away close to the venue and great places to dine. I would stay in a heartbeat again. I have a nice home myself and this beats it my home it by far. Ron you were very helpful and a great host. Great pool, ping pong and pool table.

Ron’s place was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect for us as we went both North and South for outings. The view was breathtaking and the back patio was comfortable to hang out in the pool, jacuzzi, read and relax. There was great indoor/outdoor seating. Finally back at Ron's fantastic property after two consecutive years of covid cancellations. We were a party of 5 people, 2 couples and one daughter, staying for two weeks in July/August. This is our second stay here, and we came back for good reasons. The ad and pictures, although beautiful in themselves, do not do this fantastic property justice. Everything from the location, house layout, quality of styling, furnitures, and amenities and facilities are top notch. Also, Ron is the most gracious of hosts, quick to respond and very service minded going out of his way to make sure everything goes smoothly. We will definitely be back next year.

Loved the house.
It was clean and well decorated.
The backyard was our favorite place to hang out. Loved the view and floating in the pool. The master shower was big and fun to shower together in. It was a great place to stay. We will be back.

Excellent and relaxing stay
We had an amazing time at Ron’s home. Staying here felt like a real getaway/vacation. The home has all the bells and whistles and between the pool, hot tubs (yes there are two), yard, ping pong, grill, etc. you can relax and hang out at the house with no shortage of things to do. Ron was very communicative and responsive when we had a question for him. Would highly recommend staying here!

The home is exactly as described with a lot of great amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with a huge spice collection. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely! Ron was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend renting and I know we will be back.

Relaxation in Paradise
We feel so fortunate to have found Ron and Leota’s gorgeous home in San Juan Capistrano. From the moment we stepped through the door we knew that we had made the right decision! The ocean views that greeted us upon arrival were just breathtaking, and even more beautiful than the photos on VRBO could capture. The wall of windows provided a front row seat to a spectacular view of the pacific ocean, San Clemente Island, Dana Point Harbor and Catalina Island. At every opportunity we enjoyed the deck, pool, hot tub, and abundant and comfortable patio furnishings, complete with two fire pits. Their home is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable, offering all amenities one could hope for. The living room furniture is so comfortable and luxurious, the bar is conveniently situated between the living room, pool table, dining room and kitchen to maximize entertaining with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and cooking implements that one could need. A full sized refrigerator and full sized freezer make food storage a breeze. When we entered the kitchen we were delighted to find a welcome gift of wine and chocolates from our hosts. The upstairs features a spacious laundry room and two ensuite bedrooms. Our family raved about the comfortable beds, so much that one of our nephews wants to purchase a mattress like the one in the spare bedroom! The master suite is spacious and offers more beautiful ocean views. The bathroom has every amenity you can imagine. On the last day we realized that the shower is also a steam room. We’ll have to take advantage of that on our next visit! We enjoyed the home so thoroughly that we have already booked our next vacation. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that Ron, who is so friendly and helpful, was available to answer any questions we had. Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. The neighborhood where the home is located is just delightful and all the hills provided great workouts! Each day was truly better than the last. We can’t recommend Ron and Leota’s home enough and will be counting the days until we return!

This property is like a resort only better, top to bottom comfort. Exquisitely designed and appointed in every way. It is breathtakingly beautiful with a view off the balcony of the ocean.
Not a detail is overlooked here, each room is more perfect than the next, with comfortable mattresses and bedding, we slept like royalty.
Modern style with a kitchen that would make any chef rejoice, as well as an outdoor chef’s kitchen. My husband loved the large screen tv’s. We played pool, and ping pong after a fabulous day enjoying the pool and spa, with our son and some friends. At night we cozied up to the fire-places inside and enjoyed the wine that our host left for us as a thank you.
We traveled to Dana Point, and Newport Beach and house was conveying to both. Also within walking distance is one of our favorite hiking trails.
Our host was delightful, responsive, kind and considerate. Our flight out of SNA was delayed making us miss our connecting flight and they graciously allowed us to stay until we left for LAX.
A home like this with owners is a treasure indeed, we plan to return as soon as we are able. Thanks again for a much needed get away in such beauty and comfort.
