Nestled in Dana Point, this lovely house for $681 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This two-story home is a fully furnished, 4 bedroom that sleeps 7 adults in beds, plus 2 children, with a crib and a youth bed. The downstairs guest has a queen; upstairs master a king; upstairs guest a full bed, upstairs 4th bedroom has a twin bed, a youth bed and a crib. Three full baths. It's wonderful for large family or group gatherings, or corporate groups, with extra bedding, extra towels, outdoor shower and outdoor fireplace, large kitchen with all appliances, extra tableware and utensils (also for children). Basic seasonings and condiments, coffee and tea provided. Come enjoy fall and winter with 2 indoor fireplaces; one in the family room and one in the principal bedroom. The home is private with surrounding stucco walls and a gated entry to the house. It has 3 patios and a backyard with a farmhouse table to enjoy the outdoors. *Safe and private - Home is fully fenced, with a locked, gated entrance. *High speed Wi-Fi *Contactless check-in *Complete cleaning protocol. *All outdoor landscaping is drought tolerant with lavender, white roses, Salvia, fire sticks, bougainvillea, and much more in bloom most of the time. The plants attract birds, bees, butterflies and geickos. There is no grass yard. There is a big grass park for kids, dogs, adults - accessible through the neighborhood gate by our home. Across the street from San Juan Hills, 18-hole golf course, 5 miles to South Orange County beaches and Dana Point Harbor. Pickleball courts within walking distance. Hiking trails and bike paths out the door lead to the ocean. Minutes to Mission San Juan Capistrano, Los Rios and the charming town of SJC. Walk to numerous equestrian stables that offer trail rides and lessons. 5 Minutes to Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park. Perfectly situated half-way between San Diego and Los Angeles. Quick access to Disneyland, Legoland, South Coast Plaza and state parks. Longer stays receive a great discount. Pets considered. Homeowners' big grass park for your dog to run and play next door to the homes. The Home: Living Room On the first floor enjoy an open plan with a light-filled interior. The separate living room invites you to relax with a comfortable couch, chairs, books and art. Play the drums if so inclined! Dining Areas: From the living room, enter the dining room where a granite dining table accommodates 8. Open the sliding glass doors on either side of the dining room and enjoy 2 patios where more guests can gather. Both patios have seating areas with a table. Another dining table outside seats up to 6 comfortably. After dinner, light the outdoor chiminea - a Mexican fireplace - where you can roast marshmallows and enjoy smores, while looking over the valley. Family Room and Kitchen Back inside, the family room has comfortable seating around the fireplace, where you enjoy the large flat screen TV with some programs provided. Wifi. The family room opens to the kitchen -- a large updated space stocked with all pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils you need. Work on the beautiful granite counter tops while preparing meals. The kitchen is well stocked with paper towels, soap, and the coffee is complimentary. 4 bar stools fit comfortably at the kitchen counter. Bedrooms The 4 bedrooms are large, light and comfortable. The master suite upstairs has a king bed and fireplace with a large TV. There is also a sofa. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks in the vanity, big bathtub and separate shower. There is a large walk-in closet and a chest with room for your clothes. Bedroom 2 includes a twin bed that sleeps an adult, a youth bed (4-foot, up to 75 pound person), and a crib. There is a high chair is in the house too. Bedroom 3 features a full bed that sleeps 2. A "Jack-and-Jill" bathroom is situated between bedrooms 2 and 3 and has 2 sinks at the vanity, with a separate room for the shower and toilet. Bedroom 4 is located conveniently on the first floor and features a queen bed; the sliding glass door leads to a front patio with a table and chairs. The morning sun makes it a perfect place for coffee. There is a a full bath adjacent to this bedroom. Garage parking for 1 car, and plenty of driveway or street parking too. Washer and dryer. There is air conditioning in master bedroom only. Plenty of blankets, towels, pillows and comfort! Safe and quiet family neighborhood on a cul de sac. Please note that there are no events or parties allowed in the home, and we have quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. to respect our neighbors. Rarely rented, we list our home on VRBO while away. We are a Super Host on another site/property. 24-hour self check-in for ease, but supports is always available.

This property is amazing! It’s spacious (5 people & we still had an extra room), clean, convenient location & full of charm-inside & out! Just a couple of miles away from the quaint town of San Juan Capistrano, right near 5 freeway, minutes from Dana Point! There are amazing walking trails a few steps away, filled with beautiful views! So much around to do-but honestly the house is so cool, we loved just sitting in the backyard having cocktails-there are several courtyards around the property-i had a hard time deciding where to sit! A great time was had by our party of 5! Our host, El was so accommodating & thoughtful-we arrived to find a sweet fruit basket and a bottle of champagne! We are so grateful to have had such a memorable family weekend in this amazing home-we go back to California often & look forward to staying here again!

Our family truly enjoyed the two weeks we spent here. This cozy house is tucked away on a cul de sac with an inviting garden for morning coffee or evening happy hour. The host was easy to work with and we felt at home from the moment we came through the front door. We very much recommend this property for a southern california get away!

Our kids were in a horse riding camp for the week in San Juan Capistrano and the house was in a perfect location to easily drive to the barn and then to Doheny Beach each day after camp. The house is very clean and well stocked. The owner is easy to work with. I recommend this VRBO rental highly. I hope the house is available next year if the kids want to do the horse riding camp again.

Our family, grandchildren,and dog had a wonderful time at this lovely, artistically decorated,spacious home... We enjoyed the picturesque location and easy access to beautiful beaches and unique restaurants nearby. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owner, Nellene, in anticipating the needs of our little ones (Golden Little Books,toys, etc.), and the canine member of the family (treats, 'bags', etc.)!...We'd love to revisit at a future date, when we are in the area!...
