Located in an exclusive gated community along the Pacific Coast Highway, this downstairs unit has 3-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The deck sits about 20 feet above sea level and provides you with a front row view of the Pacific Ocean. Access to the beach is a short walk away. This private community is conveniently located between Dana Point Harbor and the charming community of San Clemente. Quick access to numerous restaurants, shops, water sport activities and southern California theme parks makes this an ideal location for you and your guests. This downstairs level unit has a well-equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and appliances necessary to prepare your own meals, as well as a convenient BBQ grill on the spacious patio. The home has 3 bedrooms (2 king , 1 queen), and 3 bathrooms. Bed linens and bath towels are also supplied as well as a fully supplied shared washer/dryer. In addition, the comfortable living area is equipped with a TV, cable, phone and WIFI internet service to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. The dining area seats up to 6 people and provides a perfect spot to view the ocean and enjoy the famous Southern California ocean breeze. Additional information about this property: No trespassing onto the neighbor’s property. Do not access the beach from neighbor’s property. No smoking or pets are allowed inside the property. This property, as most properties along the coast, does not have air conditioning but is equipped with a forced air heater for the colder months. This unit is located in a quiet neighborhood and excessive noise is not tolerated. Bonfires are not permitted on the property due to a city ordinance. City of Dana Point Permit No: STR14-0108. In accordance with the City of Dana Point Short Term Rental Ordinance 21-02, we are required to collect the name, phone number, address, and driver's license number of the primary contact prior to your stay.

Great stay for three couples, since a 3 bathroom, 3 bedroom was key. Came for a family celebration in several nearby towns along the coast and fun to check out restaurants and shops nearby. Point Dana is a sweet town.

We stayed 5 days for a girls’ trip. We were thrilled with the house. It is cute, clean, and in a great location. The linens and towels are great. The beds comfy! Our favorite part of the house is the amazing deck that backs up to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

My son and his wife and 11 month old and my daughter rented this place for my other daughters wedding. This place is beautiful!! Peaceful we were all able to relax there between all the activities would highly recommend. The snacks were amazing too!!

Great location! Cute décor, great layout, love the sound of the ocean. Falling asleep to the ocean was amazing. It was a great girl's weekend. We laughed, played games, read books and watched movies. We had food brought in so we didn't miss anything. Make sure to bring water shoes as the sand is very rocky and we will rent boogie boards next time!!!!!

During high tide the waves crash against the retaining wall and splash onto the lower deck. The big rocks pictured are what you see when you look over the railing. There is no beach in front of this house, just great waves. The kitchen is very well equipped, we never wanted something that wasn't supplied. The towels and linens are excellent quality and the property was very clean. I appreciated very clear directions on how things worked and what was expected. I would happily stay here again.

The Good. The place was beautiful, with a great view and location The bad. Every morning at 6:00 am the child upstairs bounced a ball and ran toys over the floor for over an hour. No one in the back 2 bedrooms could sleep past 6 o'clock. We were on vacation.

Spent a week here and loved the house and the wonderful view. The house had everything you needed and felt like home. Lots of space, full kitchen, warm fireplace and spacious deck. Not a lot of beach area, but easy access 2doors away. Very nice owners - would highly recommend this property!

This is a fantastic oceanfront home with great outdoor and ample indoor living space. The home has everything necessary for an enjoyable vacation stay. The outside ocean views and sunsets were amazing. Very easy to relax in this home. The owner and property manager were always accessible and extremely accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend this home for a fun beach getaway.

San Juan Capistrano Beach home provides comfortable stay for families- 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & well appointed kitchen, patio with awning & grill, 2 loungers to see the ocean & hear the waves, beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the simple beach life & ordering/cooking food in. Consider areas‘ beach erosion & limited access due to storms. There are many nearby beaches, downtown San Clemente and Dana Point harbor, walking/bike path. Favorite beach was Calafia beach 4 miles away. Property had erosion in yard due to act of nature which we were informed of before arrival.

What a wonderful stay we had here! The house was just as pictured! We loved sitting on the deck and listening to the waves crash. Very well equipped, lots of charm, so clean. Rode our bikes into the Marina and had lunch and went shopping. Great location and would definitely come back!
