Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure. This lower-level home of a duplex has an open relaxed feeling starting with an ocean view great room with floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping ocean views and the nicely furnished deck. Relax on the beautiful redwood deck or on a lounge chair in the sand and watch birds and dolphins play as you sunbathe, read, catch up with one another, have a barbecue, take in a sunset, or watch the brilliant starlit skies. We cannot guarantee the condition of the sand or the access point to the beach. Beach Front properties face harsh conditions. As such, the beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
