Nestled in Estes Park, this lovely house for $355 per night is a great option for your next break. Vacation Home License 20-NCD0278 A tranquil setting, convenient to the Rocky Mountain National Park and to the town of Estes Park. A five minute drive will put you at the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Five minutes will also get you to the center of downtown Estes Park. Most restaurants are within ten minutes and all of the fine dining within fifteen minutes of this property. This 2700 square foot home sits at an elevation of 8200 feet at the base of Rams Horn Mountain. Natural beauty and Wilderness are right outside the door. We have named our mountain house 'Dream Lake' after one of our favorite hiking trail stops. Hiking trails in Rocky Mountain National Park to Emerald Lake and Lake Haiyaha take us past Dream Lake. Hi-speed Internet, Secure Wireless network anywhere in the house and on the decks. Internet computer provided for guest use.Wireless printer with scan and copy. Hi-def home theater with surround sound, Satellite, Netflix, movie library, DVR, DVD,VCR. Screen is 120' diagonal. Lots of entertainment here. The theater has its own tv tuner,120 channels of satellite tv, This theater is very unique as you can view the mountains and wildlife while you are watching movies or TV! Xbox 360 with controllers and games. Four rock band wireless guitars (including the Fender Mustang) with wireless drum set and key board. Xbox 360 Kinect with games on a separate X-box console so you don't have to change connections. We have about twenty video game titles at this time with all the popular rock band, Guitar hero, Halo,Kinect, and Wii games. Ask for a list.

Dealing with Gary, the owner/manager, was pleasurable. He made himself available for anything we needed and provided written instructions on all things related to the house.

Wonderful place to stay. We were a family of 8 and there was plenty of space! The house was well stocked with everything you would need! The location was nicely tucked away from everyone and the kids could go outside and play in the yard!! My nephew commented “When we come back, can we stay here again!”

We had a wedding in Estes Park and booked this property. Overall the views and location were great. Gary the Property owner was great to deal with and offered us suggestions on things to do while in the area. We would highly recommend this property.

The mice in the house was not good, no one liked them. The oven was in need of cleaning. It was extremely dirty & smoked up the house . Two windows were left open from previous people & were very hard to get shut. There was only one bathroom down stair for 3 bedrooms. Only one bedroom downstairs had a mirror in it. Place is in need of an update.

As many others have stated the house is stocked so well and that truly is a game changer. We had my immediate family of 6 (4 kids), my in laws and an aunt and uncle. The house was perfect for our party of 10. We made several meals, enjoyed the hot tub, and watching elk walk through the front and back yard. We used the grills to cook dinner a few nights. Plenty of bathrooms and towels and comfortable beds. We loved the comfy living room furniture as well. My kids loved playing the board games, working on puzzles and using the arts and crafts they found.

View from back deck was just as pictured. We had trouble turning up the heat. Called the manager & he fixed it online! They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The house was easy to find. We had 6 women & it was very comfortable for us all. Very close to the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP & Famous Dave's BBQ. There's also the Country grocery store at the intersection.

This house was one of the best I've ever stayed in. It fit my family perfectly. The owner took such special care to ensure we had what we needed including loads of paper towels and extra batteries. All the details were so appreciated. Plus the views were fantastic and the accommodations very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again next year!

We were all very happy with all aspects of the property. It was the perfect distance from town and in close proximity to trail heads for hiking. Very private and quiet with adequate distance to neighbors. Good views of the Mummy range. Extremely well equipped especially the kitchen.We enjoyed a tremendous selection of movies. We didn’t need AC but it was nice to know it was available. Hot tub was nice after hikes. Gary the owner was there when we arrived and provided a thorough introduction to the house. Overall it was an excellent choice for a mountain retreat especially for a larger group.

Our grandson was thrilled to return to “his” Estes house! This was a repeat stay! We love the quiet tranquil atmosphere. There was more than enough room for 5 adults and 2 children. Well stocked for our needs. Prepared several meals and everything we needed (except food) was available. Thank you Gary

Absolutely loved the house. It had everything we could possibly need and more. Enjoyed having coffee out on the deck every morning and seeing deer walk by, the blue bird living in the bird house on the deck or the chipmunks running around. The home was big enough for the 10 of us to feel comfortable and never felt crowded. Gary was quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. Overall fantasic experience!

The house was just the right size for our group of 12 ranging from three years old up to 70+ years old, including five children up to 13 years old. The house was very well furnished with plenty of cooking utensils, plenty of bedding, great decks And beautiful views. Gary is a great host! We had several questions and a couple of things we needed his help with, and he responded very promptly and was very cordial throughout the whole process. Our whole family, including the grandparents, the children and grandchildren thoroughly loved our stay here. We will definitely come back again!

Wow! This home was more than we expected. Check in was easy. Plenty spacious and the home included all the extras you think you’ll need. From walking sticks to baby gates, to fishing supplies and plenty of games for a family game night. The views were amazing! The game area was a hit for the younger kids. There was even plenty of spices and kitchen gadgets that you literally felt like you were able home! Thank you so much Gary for a beautiful home!

The property is in a great location to RMNP! So easy to get around!! And it had everything we could have needed and more! Owner checked in a few times to make sure we didn’t need anything. Definitely would recommend for a large group!

The house was fantastic with so many extras. It has multiple bedrooms with very comfortable beds, enough seats for everyone both inside and outside, and so many games to play or tv features. It is close enough to town to grab anything after long days of hiking at RMNP. Loved the visits from the deer and wild turkeys.

We had a great time! This house is equipped with everything you would ever need for any season you stay. It was spacious enough for the whole family. We played games, put puzzles together, watched movies, went sledding right by the house. Our host was awesome, very understanding to our needs. I would stay here again and do recommend this house to any family.

Fantastic property and location. Gary made it very easy to check in and kept us informed on weather and events. The house is spacious and cozy with tons of amenities. Just a few minutes drive into town and RMNP. The hot tub was fantastic even if only got a chance to use it once due to the freezing temps. Love that the house is labeled to easy identify anything you’re looking for. We will definitely stay at Gary’s place given the opportunity to travel in the Estes Park area again.

We had a great experience. We’ve stayed in Estes several times and this was one of the great rental experiences. The house was clean, in great condition and stocked very well. Gary was very responsive to messages and came right out to fix an issue with the hot tub. We would definitely rent here again!

Eight of us stayed at the property for a college reunion for four days and had the best time! The house is conveniently located near restaurants/grocery stores but at the same time is a quick drive from the Rocky Mountain NP entrance. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the utensils and spices we possibly needed. It did snow quite a bit a couple of days we were there. We were able to contact Gary and have the driveway cleared up on both days. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax, have extended meals together and simply toast to the good times! We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property.
