Loved this property. Beautiful home and fantastic location. Everything needed for a walk to the beach, bike around the neighborhood, or just chill on the deck to watch the sunset. Very comfortable rooms and lots of space to enjoy. Can’t wait to return!

The house and area were beautiful but the listing was misrepresented. We chose this house because it was listed as 5 bedrooms, 4 baths. There were only 4 bedrooms! It made the sleeping arrangements very difficult with toddlers. It was the worst appointed home I have rented through VRBO. In a house that could house 10 people, there were only 6 glasses. There were no dish cloths or dish towels and the kitchen sponge was dirty. The interior of the kitchen cabinets were dirty and the pans we used needed to be scrubbed before we could use them. There was still coffee in the pot when we arrived and water in the pet bowl, even though it was listed as no pets. Most of the dining chairs were broken and the sheets and towels had holes in them. The grill had empty propane canisters which the house cleaner did replace, since she was still cleaning at check in time. The grill was also very dirty with caked on grease, which ruined our meal, so we did not use it again. Grilling was our plan to do every night. The parking was also an issue. The host said 2 cars would fit in the garage and 4 in the driveway. The hosts car was in the garage, so we could only put 1 in there and there was barely enough room for 3 in the driveway. No street parking either. The whole house needed a thorough cleaning and maintenance. The only sleeper sofa was in the master bedroom, the 1 on the 1st floor was broken. The deck furniture consisted of a small table with 4 chairs.
