Gần trung tâm, nhân viên vui vẻ, nhiệt tình, đi lại thuận tiện, có chỗ để đậu xe 4 bánh
Nếu là 1 chi tiết để đánh giá thì dù không phải bắt buột phải có thì nhà vệ sinh thiếu vòi xịt vệ sinh còn lại thì khá là đầy đủ

Petit hôtel parfait pour une nuit d’étape à Ha tien.Gentil accueil même si pas un mot d’anglais (merci google trad).
Ensemble très vieillot. Serviettes de bain minuscules Bruits nocturnes au dessus de notre chambre : souris ? Oiseaux ? ... en tous cas, ça galopait.

This Guesthouse was so much better than expected. Cozy, clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. Old, but incredibly well maintained. Even the old fridge was clean and worked perfectly, and YES, it doesn't shut down when you go outside for the day. Good hot shower, excellent reliable WiFi, excellent lighting in the room and a kettle too. Loved the balcony. I moved the little table and chairs from the room out there and enjoyed my evenings with cold beers and takeaway food. Just a pity the light on the balcony was broken. The location is good, in the centre of town, just a few min walk from the riverfront.
