Das Hotel ist das Geld nicht wert

Klimaanlage fiel immer wieder aus. Zimmer-Service nur alle 3 Tage, (viele Bart-)Haare auf Kissen gefunden - Kissen wurde auf die Seite gelegt. Na h dem „Zimmerservice“ lag das Kissen erneut auf dem Bett - nach wie vor übersäht mit den Haaren. Boden verdreckt, auch nach dem „Zimmerservice“ lagen noch die Klammern von gekauften Kleidungsstücken auf dem Boden - offenbar wurde der Boden weder gekehrt, noch gesaugt. Duschkopf vollkommen verkalkt

Be careful with how you speak and treat your customers

Some requests were at least trying to accommodate As for such hotel rooms were not bad at all, but still were a very bad moments They have a bathroom They had armed guards on the day when I arrived, so it's a good sign

Communication was ridiculous and rude but the bad impression overcame the good moments make the linens cleaner at all, some of them had moldy stains or something like this remove the blood and other stains from the wall in some of your rooms, it's disgusting Wasted a lot of time and effort on solving cleanliness issue, and in the end of a days He didn't apologized for the rude behaviour

It was lovely

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The balcony was lovely as well.

Make sure you get what you paid for.

Jay the man at the front desk was very friendly and kind.

I paid for a room with 1 King bed AND 1 Queen bed but got a King bed and a Twin. Very disappointing.

I loved it here. Will definitely be coming here more for a quick stay

The property was very clean and simple as a hotel of this price should be. There was plenty of stores to shop at around the property or you can do a 5 min drive to reach the Pico Plaza.
