Perfect location to use as a base to explore DC. Breakfast was tasty. Ate in the hotel one evening; food,value and service was good.

Excellent location for theater and art exhibits
I’ve never paid this much to park at a hotel. So I don’t know if that’s a Washington DC thing, or if this particular hotel was especially expensive

Location & Service: Excellent location with a quick, hassle-free check-in and check-out process.
Room & Value: The spacious corner room and full kitchen offered great comfort and value.
AC Noise: The AC fan was extremely loud, which was a major problem and repeatedly disrupted sleep.
Breakfast Seating & Variety: Breakfast selection was somewhat limited and seating was tight, with popular items occasionally running out fast.
Parking Costs: Hotel parking is on the pricier side

Futon was disgusting. I was not given the room i booked and still paid the same amount. Staff was not helpful and unprofessional
