Location of appartment is great.
Appartment is very well furnished, like on profile
Large living room with dining table corner
2 bedrooms rooms with 2 separate bathrooms.
Beds are very comfortable.
Aircon works very well and it is not noisy.
Walking 5min, and you will find many good restaurants and cafes. 50mt you will find a Grocery store MERCADONA with many food and liquors.
There is no possibility to keep luggages at checkout 11am. We were lucky to get exceptional 1pm delay. Thanks Michael.
Online procedure to register (on App) all guests before arriving. App works good for opening doors and get other appartment information. Be careful not to have your iPhone without battery 😊

Beautiful artsy property in the heart of Valencia! We felt like locals staying in our own apartment. It was well setup and decorated and very comfortable for a family of 4! We highly recommend.

Very spacious and stylish. A beautiful apartment, that wow’ed us when we first arrived.
Close to a range of cafe, restaurants and bars but a lovely environment should you prefer to make meals and eat at home
It was not a negative for us but I can see how the check in process and gaining access to the apartment was dependent on your mobile phone would be an issue for some
