Staff was so kind and accommodating. Location was excellent. Easy to walk everywhere with restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff upgraded our room to a bigger one as we were 5 people. Breakfast was great too.
Room could probably use a deep clean and also there were smokers around the pool.

The overall say was pleasant. The staff especially, they are real nice, helpful and speak decent English. The location is also perfect. Close to everything you need, but not in a loud area.
My room could use some modernizing. For example, the wood floor tiles were a little swollen and came out their place. I also would not recommend the breakfast. Not that it’s not good, rather lack variety. Da Nang has great coffee shops literally everywhere you look, and I encourage everyone to explore them.
