The facility has 2 toilets and 2 showers, which is very convenient. Even with several rooms occupied, at least one was always available. The staff is super friendly and accomodating. Great location near hiking paths. Bus stop is right in front of the house, allowing easy transportation to downtown Vancouver with a car. Continental breakfast included (self-serve). Self check-in process using a code provided by email.
Everything was great

This unusual B&B has a great location for staying in North Vancouver. Easy to find if you follow the address on Google Maps, but don't enter the name as you will be taken somewhere else. The rooms was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. A quiet environment.
The breakfast was totally self-serve with very limited options. You have to make the coffee yourself without any instructions for the machine, and with basket filters on hand even thought the machine uses cone filters. No "creamo" (half and half) available. No help available.
There are three shared bathrooms available. You are given one bath towel to use (no smaller towel). The hot water in the shower never got very hot. You are instructed to never out toilet paper (or anything else) in the toilet and you have to flush the toilet twice. (Quite unusual outside of third world countries.)
