Nestled in Seaside, this lovely house for $251 per night is a great choice for your next break. 1 King 1 Queen 1 Bunk (2 Twins) This beautifully remodeled townhouse boasts a gas fireplace, spacious and open living room kitchen floor plan and is close to the beach and downtown. The master bedroom has a King bed and master bath with a walk in shower and double sink. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and custom bunk beds that include lighting and USB plug ins. Second bathroom is just off this bedroom. There is also a 1/2 bath just off the kitchen. This magnificent townhome is 1 short block from the prom and beach, 2 blocks to the convention center and 3 blocks to the turn around. Parking for 2 cars

There were some glitches, but overall a good stay. Being able to walk to the beach and the promenade was very nice. The house was generally clean but in need of a deep cleaning- stairs railing, drawer handles and areas where hands frequently go. There were ants in the living room. We vacuumed every day and found some ant bait above the fireplace, so obviously someone knew about the ant problem. My granddaughters were not thrilled about bugs. The 1 towel rack in upstairs 2nd bath is coming out from the wall; more than 1 towel rack in the full baths would be helpful. Not much room to hang wet towels. We found the seating arrangement for meals awkward and not very comfortable. I prefer a table where we can all sit together.

Loved staying in this rental. The wife and I with 3 teen boys. Perfect location to beach and downtown. 1 block to beach and 2 blocks to downtown. Read a few reviews mentioning limit dinning seating. This is not the case . Kitchen island sat 4 and eating area behind sofa sat 2. Kitchen was well stocked with most everything needed to cook for my family. Keurig style coffee maker and also conventional drip coffee maker. No cable tv but many smart tv apps to choose from. Some may need you to sign in your info. Master bedroom is fantastic but be aware TV is not a smart tv. There is a DVD player( bring your own movies). Deck has a nice Weber kettle( charcoal style). Beach chairs and toys for the littles in garage. Used hose in garage to hookup to spigot off back deck stairs for easy beach cleanup. Plenty of towels and linens. Bring your own beach towels. Also saw comment about forks. This has been remedied it seems. All in all a great place to stay. Would absolutely book again!

This property was located at the perfect spot in the community. We were able to easily walk to the beach and shop areas. The house was amazing...very clean, serene, and it had everything we needed for a quiet respite.

This was our second time staying at this property and we had an awesome time. We love how this property is within walking distance to pretty much everything. We couldn’t have asked for better weather while we were there. Very fun.

The house was very nice and clean. The ONLY bad thing I can say is that the gas fireplace, after being on for 15 minutes or so, would make this VERY LOUD BOOM that scared the crap out of us. It only did it once...but once EACH TIME we turned the fireplace on.

Picked the place due to the proximity to everything and the space. It was the perfect place. Kitchen was well stocked and was even able to check in an hour early which was really helpful with kiddos. Would definitely rent again.

Great for family
Very comfortable rental. We were pleasantly surprised that there were baby gates (1 needs 2 screws that are missing) and a booster seat with tray. There isn't a table so I just set the baby in the seat on a towel on the floor and that worked great. The bedrooms are spacious, especially the room with the bunks. I was able to easily set up the pack and play (we provided) and still had plenty of room. We were very comfortable with the AC given the warm days. Everything is in walking distance. It was a very enjoyable stay and we plan to come back again!

The property has a great location. It's within walking distance of the carousel mall and the all the main "touristy" things in Seaside. It could have been cleaner, however. There were crumbs in the kitchen, the coffee pot still had coffee in it, one of the stools in the living room had food (?) or something smeared on its side, and the shower in the hall bathroom upstairs had hair all over it - I don't think it was cleaned at all. The bedsheets in the master bedroom had hair and debris on the top edge, but, I don't think this was from the sheets not being changed. There was a gap between the headboard and the mattress, allowing hair and debris to collect. I think when the cleaners changed the sheets, some of this got picked up on the clean sheets. So, some cleaning needs to be done in that gap. Also, the mattress is extra deep and the sheets are not, so the sheets pop off constantly. Finally, the parking was great for one vehicle (garage), but I don't think a second car would fit that easily in the driveway, as it's short and steep.

Great location, clean, comfy beds. The kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of dishes and gadgets in the kitchen. My only recommendation would be to bring your own forks. The style they have are different……like mini pitch forks lol. Adults were ok with it but they weren’t great for the kids. Also bring tinfoil if you need it for anything. Will stay here again when visiting seaside!

This townhouse was great! It was just a couple of blocks to the beach and a short walk to the main strip (Broadway St.). The property was very clean and had beach chairs and a good supply of coffee filters, salt and pepper (etc.)... All that stuff you're not sure about when you're renting a house. I also saw some beach toys for kids. Some have commented on homeless or the blight across the street. I didn't notice any homeless and as for the rundown place across the street, they didn't seem to bother anyone. They are just living their best life in a beach town. I felt comfortable letting my teenage kids run free.
I really appreciated the code lock on the door and the access to the garage for parking. It made things very easy. My one suggestion would be to add a coded garage door opener as well. The garage has a hose to get ride of sand on your things and yourself before going into the house, bit since the garage door open was kept in our car during the stay, we needed to go through the house to get to the garage.
Also, while there is internet access with a smart TV in the living room, there is no cable/satellite satalite and the TV in the master bedroom only has a DVD player hooked up to it. I connected my computer to it via HDMI. There was no TV in the "kids" room. I was a little disappointed to miss the opening of the Olympics, but it's not the end if the world.
Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.
