About this house rental
Situated in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming house for $936 per night is a great option for your next break. This is the West Side of a huge oceanfront duplex, each side boasting 2500 square feet of very livable space. 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, two large living areas, spacious newly renovated kitchen and dining, huge front porch, and an extra large private pool that is shared only by the two sides of the duplex. There is an updated fully stocked kitchen, new kitchen appliances, new washing machine and dryer, new dining table and chairs, new living room furniture, new LVT floors downstairs. new bathroom faucets, new full and queen mattresses. The pool has been completely redone - new bottom, new tiles, new surround. There is a second fridge in the storage room under the house. NOTE ONE: FROM THE FIRST SATURDAY IN JUNE THROUGH AUGUST, WE ACCEPT ONLY WEEKLY BOOKINGS THAT RUN SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. From after Labor day to Memorial day (Sep-May) rentals require a two night minimum. Labor Day and Memorial day weekends require a three night minimum. OUR WEEKLY BOOKINGS DURING THIS PERIOD RUN SUNDAY TO SUNDAY. NOTE TWO: LINENS THE LINENS FEE INCLUDES: READY-MADE BEDS, A BATH AND HAND TOWEL AND WASHCLOTH FOR EACH PERSON. BEACH TOWELS ARE NEVER PROVIDED. Wake up to the shushing sounds of the sea right outside your window. Walk to the end of the boardwalk, sit in the gazebo, and watch the neon sun break the horizon. Feast your eyes on the WIDE beach, the movement of the sea oats, the blue-green of the ocean. Another gorgeous day at Ocean Isle begins! Large comfortable rooms afford plenty of space for people to gather for fun and fellowship, yet five bedrooms and five baths offer space for privacy as well. Upon arrival, you'll find the beds made with comfy linens and fluffy towels provided. A well-appointed kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook delicious meals. A commercial ice maker provides all the ice you'll need. The large dining table seats ten, and the counter stools add seating for six more. The spacious living area feels even larger with nine-foot ceilings. The views from the large front porch and second-floor deck are gorgeous. Sunbathe and read, frolic in the tidal pools, body surf or ride the waves on boogie boards. Walk the beach and collect shells for miles in either direction. Want to check on what fisherman are catching? Drop by the pier which is just a five-minute stroll away. Interested in putt-putt, ice-cream, beach shops, restaurants, or the coastal museum? They are all within an easy ten-minute walk from this prime island location. Ready for a dip in fresh water? This house offers one of the largest pools on the island with comfortable lounging chairs surrounding it. Jump in your car and be off the island in five minutes for grocery shopping at Lowe's or Publix or Food Lion. Pick up fresh seafood and local produce to cook at the house. Nearby restaurants offer wonderful and tasty variety on those nights you don't want to cook. Feeling the need to hit a little while ball? Numerous quality golf courses are within a fifteen-minute drive. Visit Myrtle Beach or Wilmington, each only 40 minutes away. Not only does this location provide access to inspiring sunrises, the sunsets are equally beautiful. Sky colors are indescribable. As evening arrives, stay outside to drink in the amazing sight as sunset gradually gives over to millions of twinkling stars. TVs and puzzles and games provide night time entertainment. (On Friday nights in the summer stroll to the park beside the museum for a free concert featuring live bands and an area for dancing.) Or come inside to enjoy being together with those you love. Would absolutely rent again!! The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The amenities were beyond our expectations. The owner was extremely pleasant to work with. The view from our porches was gorgeous. Location was perfect for our family.
For those of you that order food from door Dash or Instacart, you will be pleased with the choices of restaurants and stores.

For the amount paid, we would have appreciated hand soap and toiletries to be provided.

Our first stay as a family at Ocean Isle Beach and this vacation home did not disappoint. Very clean and well stocked. The location was so convenient. I have to say the commercial ice maker is a game changer as well as the additional fridge on the lower level. We loved the open main floor plan and all the space to sit outside. My family was very impressed. We booked for next summer. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family. The extra family room on the second floor is a nice additional space for hanging out. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and very organized which we really appreciated as we cook all our own meals for the week! The views of the ocean and beach from the lower and upper decks are amazing! Short walk to the beach - even for the younger ones. We loved the pool- nice break from the many hours on the beach and swimming in the evening. Casandra was excellent to work with and check in & check out was very easy. Thank you for a great week!

Great location and perfect for our family of 11.
Kids loved the pool, and the beach is right in front of the unit. The kitchen had every cooking accessory we needed, so we only ate out 2 times in the whole week. We would rent again.

We spent a rainy and cool Memorial Day weekend in this beautiful and welcoming home. Even though the weather was disappointing the house was perfect in every way: spacious, incredibly well equipped kitchen, plenty of sand toys and beach chairs, and the perfect location for little ones to manage the walk to putt-putt and the park. Casandra and Mark were so easy to work with and very responsive. We will stay here again!

In the past five years we have rented five different homes on the beach. This was our sixth visit and this home is spectacular. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. This home is spotless. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there. Also a separate ice maker. All appliances are great. Full size washer and dryer. This is the cleanest home we ever checked into. Comfortable beds in every room. The views from the second floor just perfect. Views from the main deck are great also. Deck furniture is great also Easy access to the beach. If you're coming to Ocean Isle Beach this is the home to rent.

This house has everything you could possibly want and need! We spent Thanksgiving week there and had 13 people for dinner very comfortably. The home is newly renovated to perfection. The beds are comfy and the linens and towels were of excellent quality. The owner and manager were so easy to reach, and very accommodating. There was a lovely welcome bag when we arrived, which was so kind! We live in OIB, a little piece of Paradise, so proud to call this my home town! This home does us proud! Enjoy!

We stayed here for the second time and again it didn’t disappoint! The kitchen and living room renovations look fantastic. Spacious pool and location within easy walking distance of mini golf, ice cream and restaurants. Perfect for a family vacation. Looking forward to our next visit!

Location was very convenient. Ice maker was wonderful. Lay out of the house was very nice. Updated kitchen was well equipped and very nice. When I booked Eventide last August it said there were new full mattresses on the beds on the first floor. The beds were very uncomfortable though. You could tell just looking at the 2 full size in the room on the right that they sunk. My husband and I slept in those the first night and then our two young granddaughters said they would switch with us because the other room the mattresses were in better condition. The main bathroom on the first floor was nice with the higher sink and nicer counter space than the other bathroom. The 2 storm doors from the king rooms had a problem and Mark did have someone out the next day, they also took care of the gate to the pool, the springs were broken. Other than those issues the place is lovely. The pool was great. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank You Pat

We really enjoyed our stay at Eventide. The house was better than we expected (pictures don't come close!) We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and both the upper and lower decks. There is nothing that compares to a beach vacation in a location that is ON the beach! Highly recommend this property!

Can't Wait To Go Back!!
We had a great week at Casandra's on Ocean Isle! There was plenty of room for our group of 12 to spread out. A great "bonus room" on the top floor was the perfect hang out spot for the kids, and the top floor deck provided a spectacular view of the ocean. To top it all off, we were within easy walking distance of mini golf, ice cream and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great Place for Family Vacation!!
Our second stay at this property. Simply wonderful. My wife, our 3 adult girls, two sons-in -law, a boy friend, and five grand kids all enjoyed the laid back, family friendly area. We were a a bit late getting in as the group ahead of us trashed the place, but it looked like new when we settled in. Hats off to Mark the building manager for a job well done. He even got us a new gas grill because the previous renters broke old one. Property will get a new kitchen( not that it was needed) and other updates this off season and will be better than ever!!

This side of the duplex we had several complaints of mold build up in the bathrooms up stairs. The entrance door on the ocean side needs to be replaced as it is falling apart.
We realize that the turn over time is limited but the cleaning crews needs to clean behind the furniture also.
The air conditioner broke on the main floor and was repaired immediately. The outside property needs to be cleaned and the gas grill was absolutely disgusting we brought in our own.
The underside of the pool furniture is black mold. The porch furniture when we arrived had sand and trash all over it. It would be better for appearance that the cleaning crew set the chairs around the table and clean the glass table.
On the bright side the location of property, the pool, porch was just great.
The ice maker was a big plus.
The linens and towels were clean and plentiful.
Our family had a great time and just loved being right on the beach or in the pool.
Everyone had a wonderful time and made memories.
