Great value for the money, location!!!, clean, friendly stuff. Deserves at least 5 points more then the actual score and for someone who is often in Lisbon, this stay is way better than many with a score of 9+.

Lovely rooms. The hotel is in the perfect location. The metro is just next door, the Eduardo VII park is just around the corner. The neighbourhood is so lovely. I’ll always try and stay here when I’m in Lisbon.

Mostly the staff, Daniel in particular, they were all so obliging, welcoming and just ‘ good people’
A bigger sign outside would have helped, Google had me up and down the street.

Great location. Clean place. Good price and very friendly staff - thank you! Good-sized room with a good closet.
Old bathroom with missing lights and some broken equipment, which is also old and needs to be replaced.
Beds are not very comfortable.
