Fantastic stay! The chalet is conveniently located right at the bus stop. The staff—especially the Sri Lankan team—were incredibly warm and made me feel right at home. The apartment is perfectly equipped for cooking, featuring a small fridge, kettle, stove, and all necessary utensils. A huge plus: the room has built-in USB-A and USB-C ports, which saved me since my EU/Indian adapters didn't fit the Swiss wall sockets.
The Fan provided was very useful and convenient during the summer stay.
Messages via Booking.com were not answered promptly and had to followup multiple times via call or WhatsApp message.

The house was clean with amazing veiw , very close to interlaken.

Its near to main interlaken town & train station aldi is near
Very quit peaceful clean
Elevator is available for floor
They dont offer washing machine they will charge 30frank to use common
In summer theres no AC if windows are open mosquitos are welcomed…BIG RED FLAG
IN KITCHEN only basic utensils and pots no salt & pepper oil or anything which usually everywhere else is offered

2 things; 1) Bus stop from interlaken city is right opp & going to city is also next to the property & hardly takes abt 7 minutes from interlaken ost by bus. Please keep checking bus schedules on google map app as from 6am to 9pm, it has half hourly service but after 9pm, its once in an hour. & 2) Room was of decent size. There's a small grocery store & 2-3 restaurants few hundred mtrs away. Also appreciate their courtesy for giving us an early check-in upon request.
many things; 1) Its a motel room on ground floor, not a chalet as shown in pictures while making a booking. Chalets are on 1st floor which is deceptive as we booked for chalet not a motel room. 2) its on the breinz & interlaken highway, though windows are quiet sound proof so you dont get much disturbed during the night sleep but yu cant open windows for fresh air as traffic noise will not let yu sleep peacefully. 3) No coffee machine & no microwave. Rest all amenities were there including a fan.
