Beautiful host and helped us with the late check in. Room looked exactly like pictures and was great for a one night stay! Amazing food for breakfast, they took very good care of us!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this charming, family-run hotel after travelling from Durrës. From the moment we arrived, Bianco and the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble.
Our quad room was immaculate—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail reflected the care and pride the owners take in the hotel.
Breakfast was outstanding: generous, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious, providing the perfect start to the day.
The location is ideal, just a short walk from the main street, making it easy to explore the town. What really set this stay apart, however, was Bianco’s kindness. He personally drove us to the castle and later to the bus station, a level of service that went far beyond our expectations.
If you’re looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay with impeccable service, spotless accommodation, and genuinely caring hosts, I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We would happily stay here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Berat. The highlight was definitely the incredible hospitality of the hosts – you can really feel that this is a family-run business where guests are genuinely cared for.
The breakfasts were absolutely amazing – honestly a feast! Delicious coffee, local specialties, fresh fruit, and plenty of variety every morning. It was one of the best breakfasts we had during our trip.
The view from the balcony is beautiful and makes the stay even more special. We also really appreciated the kindness of the owner, who even offered to drive us to the Berat bus station in his private car when we checked out – such gestures make a huge difference and are truly memorable.
The accommodation is located a bit away from the old town (around a 15-minute walk), but we actually found it to be a pleasant walk.
The rooms are not modern, but this is exactly what is shown in the photos, so guests know what to expect. Most importantly, everything was very clean and well maintained.
The only small thing we missed was a kettle or coffee machine in the room. Of course, we are sure the hosts would happily help (and probably make excellent coffee!), but sometimes it is nice to enjoy a quiet coffee in the room. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place.
