The location is very convenient. Next to the pedestrian area, so we didnt have to walk into the old town. Which can be challenging with luggage and in our case a stroller and 2yo kid.
The room was advertised as a 40m² room wit two bedrooms. There were two bedrooms, but no door in between to have some privacy. And I highly doubt the room was actually 40m². It seems way smaller to me. Also, the room has no black-out curtains.

Absolutely love this little gem in Berat! What a great opportunity to stay in a UNESCO site house with a well inside! The hostess was a sweet lady who was super hospitable and made our stay just like home. She was very kind to allow us to park with her card for free. Each morning, she prepared local breakfast with fresh fruits with beautiful cutlery. The location is right at the front of the main street yet not noisy, was very easy to access without walking thousand steps. The beds in the family room were comfortable and the bedding smelled lovely too. Highly recommend this homestay in Berat.

The noise of the cars passing by, the dogs barking and the bar next door make it difficult to sleep

The location is very close to the center, the breakfast was nice. The price is good.
No designated parking
The room is extremely small and has no real windows
There was almost no hot water in the shower
There was a big caterpillar in the bathroom
