The apartment is big, spacious and has fabulous views. One of the days when we were in Berat, it rained almost whole day and we really enjoyed sitting in the terrace and taking in the surrounding mountain views. The host is an old couple who are very friendly and happy to help. It's a place where we felt more like at home than any other place during our trip. If we returned to Berat in the future, we would rent this place again for sure.
There is no space for car parking. We didn't have a car so no problem for us. The road was being done so a little rough walk to the property. The large, spacious kitchen had a couple of beds instead of sofas, but I think the place may be rented as separate rooms rather than a single apartment during high season. We visited in the end of September, weather still wonderful but as summer vacation period over, fewer visitors.

L’accueil chaleureux et souriant, la vue, l’emplacement, le confort du matelas
On a pas réussi à faire fonctionner la clim mais on est pas descendu déranger parce qu’on en avait pas tant besoin. Sinon tout était absolument parfait

Nice elderly couple (but speak no English)
There are many places in Berat with better locations in the Old Town. No sign, hard to find. Up steep, rough road, dark at night. First day, breakfast OK. Second day, I had to go for an 8 am bus, so understand too early to prepare breakfast, but they could have left some bread & marmalade for the morning (it was included).
