Stayed here because I couldn’t find a hotel. Ended up very satisfied.

Plenty of space, clean, and comfortable.

Have to walk a bit to restaurants.

Austin stay

we liked the location, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and the washer and dryer, Kitchen was very nice.

The floors were very dirty. We both noticed our feet were completely black after only an hour at the property. also, we had to clean the kitchen counters. There were three windows that were opened all the way when we got there and the air conditioner was set low. Thank goodness. you might want to check the dryer vent we’re not sure if it is connected.

Overall good value with room to be comfortable as opposed to a hotel room.

Nice property. Location was perfect. Quiet. Comfortable bed.

Some broken furniture. I pulled out a chair at the dinner table and the legs collapsed, glad that I didn’t just sit in it. One of the woven chairs on the patio was also broken.

easy check in and check out. quiet neighborhood. there was coffee machine and also coffee :). the location was perfect. free parking area. There was no disposable shampoo they are environmentally sensitive.

only one bedstead was covered with fabric and that fabric was dirty. there was nothing else.

We liked the location, which was close to downtown and yet with quite a bit of privacy in a privte entrance townhouse located in a quiet neighboorhood with dedicated parking. All necessities were there, kitchen items, laundry, etc. Very clean,

Some things were quite dated, like the frying pan with scratches, the kettle without auto-shutoff,. This is not a new place, but still useable and conveneint. The balcony at the 2nd floor is locked.

Good bones, and an enjoyable stay, but could be amazing with some nice extra touches and attention to detail.

Clean, spacious, bright house with good wifi, and other facilities, in a good location for downtown. credit to cleaning team - it was immaculate.

A little tatty in parts; like ripped bed linen and perhaps not the newest towels. There were two of us staying for ten days and we were only given 2 x toilet rolls. No TV / streaming / cable to watch, only via your phone hook up.

Great Girls trip!

Great location! Quite area but you can walk to restaurants and bars was easy. Very roomy. Lots of space. Very comfortable. Lots of amenities. The bedding was nice and warm on the cold nights. Very homey! We had a wonderful time!

We were not able to adjust the thermostat. Even after messaging for help, nothing worked. Only TV was in the living room, none in the bedrooms. The light in the dining area did not turn off, and with one person sleeping downstairs, we had to unscrew the light bulbs each night.

Superb

The location was great! We walked into Austin in about 20 minutes!! It was super clean and the kitchen had literally everything even little olive oils!!! Beds were comfy, spacious and enough room for clothes.

The only thing that was so disappointing was the shower!! It needs replacing, it did the job but wasn't great.

I was not happy with the way they didn’t attempt to fix the shower issue, they just reimbursed me with some compensation

The location is great. Nice living room and kitchen/ dining areas.

It’s very close to downtown and center of activities.

Both bedrooms are small.

Great location. Quiet but great proximity to the city!

Great, clean property only a 30 minute walk into the city. Only 15 minutes from Blacks BBQ which is a must visit.

Upstairs bathrokm had damaged drawer and shower knob was difficult to adjust. Otherwise, property was excellent!

the apartment had everything we needed and instructions were very easy to follow.

the only negative comment was that the bathroom was a bit dated and the taps for the shower were a bit challenging to use

The location is terrific.

Our unit, B, is very close to the street and the traffic noise was loud and intrusive. The apartment smelled when we walked in, worse on the ground floor. The bedrooms upstairs aren't too bad. The cold water tap in the bathroom upstairs leaks. One of the dining room chairs is broken. It seems to need some careful attention from maintenance, especially the bathroom.

Dated property in a great south Austin location

The location is great for Austin. You can walk to South Congress, Vic Shores and Zilker park (although its not the most pleasant walk). Great restaurants nearby as well. The house offered ample space for 2-4 people. You can easily contact management through the app and they are quick to respond.

The apartment photographed better than it was in person. There was a lack of attention to detail that decreased the value of the stay - lack of natural light (we stayed for a month, but for shorter stays this may not be an issue), very dated bathroom in the upstairs, poor circulation (it was always cold downstairs and the bedrooms were different temperatures on the same thermostat), the floor was wonky and chipped. These didn't impact our ability to use the space but for the way Sonder bills itself, we were a bit disappointed overall.
