Location is good, only 10 minutes walk from the city centre, and that allows you to be in a quiet area.
You can experience the hot air balloons from the terrace or balcony. They are so close that it seems that you can touch them. Also, the landscape view from there is amazing and seeing the sunrise is something priceless 😊
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast offers a good variety of food.

Good value for money, friendly staff, good varied breakfast, just 10 minutes walk from the center of Goreme. Spacious room, breakfast restaurant has a terrace with a nice view.
No guest toilet after checkout, needed to go to nearby hotel to ask to use the toilet as I returned late afternoon to pick my luggage and needed to use the toilet.

Excellent service. They were very attentive from my reservation until check-out. The hotel offers an excellent view of the hot air balloon flights. The beds are very comfortable. Thank you for hosting us at your hotel. It was a wonderful experience.

Strong wifi connection, which can be hard to find! Nice hot shower with good water pressure, good price, and the owner was very nice and made us feel welcome.
Some trash left in our room from previous guests (food wrappers), and a large clump of hair came out of the bathroom sink. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping directly on springs. The employee who checked us in was quite rude, seemingly because we didn't book the tours we had asked for information about (we didn't book bc the prices were significantly higher than we found elsewhere), and while we had two bags at check-in the employee offered no assistance in helping us get two heavy bags up two flights of stairs. The hotel location feels "out of town" from where things are really happening.
