Location, the host was very friendly and helpful

Friendly staff, he was very helpful in organising our balloon for us. Pretty good location walking distance to Göreme town. Pretty basic hotel room but has everything you need.
Could do with a fridge in the room and brighter light bulbs as not much natural light comes into the rooms.

Staff was very very friendly & accommodating. Room was spacious and clean.
No AC, so it was a bit warm at night.

The manager was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Walking distance from amenities. Free parking outside the hotel.
No bin in the room. Bit dusty, but then Goreme itself is very dusty.
