About this house rental
Located in Wrightsville Beach, this lovely house for $433 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath Wrightsville Beach duplex that's only steps to the beach! Open floor plan joins living area, dining area, and kitchen into a comfortable entertaining space. Seating for 6+ in the dining area. Flat screen LCD TV's in each bedroom. Generous driveway + carport with parking for 3-4 vehicles. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. Enclosed outside shower. Small fenced grassy area in rear is perfect for pets! Right side of duplex (Shore Thing) also has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 6 and may be available for larger groups to rent for the same dates. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $200 per pet plus tax. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals & emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** No pets are allowed on the beach strand from April 1 through September 30. Pets must be on a leash if on the beach strand from October 1 through March 31. Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! The basics were covered. Bathroom for one of bedrooms was a bit small and cramped. Dog yard was not as expected, so didn’t use. It was a small, fenced patch of dirt. Be prepared to walk your dog on the beach, unless it’s in the summer when they’re not allowed on the beach itself. Overall though, we were comfortable there, and would rent again.

Do not waste your money on this one. The only positive on this rental was the location, however; it has many more negatives than positives. First, the management company sends multiple “automated” reminders to you, however; does not respond to back if you make a request. When you call the management company, the representatives are not customer oriented in the least. The property is run-down and needs a complete refresh. The bathroom tub was clogged, the towel bar fell off the wall and the overall cleanliness was fair at best. The property is advertised at $189/night, however; they add in a $500 service fee, $200 pet fee, $150 cleaning fee, making it in reality over $400/night. Not worth it.

We spent our spring break on Wrightsville Beach with 3 kids and a dog. The house is in an amazing location, steps from the beach, close walking access to the walking loop. Beach supplies were great.,,sand toys, chairs, bikes, towels. Really well done!

The only problem was that the property was very cold when we arrived. The heat did not work but management worked hard to get it up and running again, so it turned out just fine.

We stayed here previously, and were not disappointed once again! This time though, the small fenced in yard was kept up and mowed, which was really nice - and the outside shower is great after a beach day!

Overall the location and property were perfect! It was great having both bedrooms with private bathrooms. The amenities provided, like beach accessories, really made the stay easier and more enjoyable. We did have one small issue that was taken care of instantly by SeaScape properties. They were extremely responsive and great to work with.

This duplex unit is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach and the Shark Bar, a favorite restaurant. The unit has fresh paint, comfortable beds, is tastefully decorated, and has an efficient layout. Sea Scapes was great to work with - they were responsive and friendly. The keyless entry was great, and it was nice to not have to keep up with a key.

Perfect Location! Cute Cottage!
Perfect location, walking distance to the pier and local restaurants! This cottage has great beds and has everything you need for a stay at the beach. We were in town for Ironman 70.3 and this was an ideal location for the weekend events. Communication with the rental agency was excellent! Highly recommend this cottage for a Wrightsville Beach stay, much better than a condo!

The management company was fantastic. Our original vacation time frame was during hurricane Dorian and the management company moved our dates for us. I appreciated the extra items (towels, linens, paper towels. cleaning supplies) that were supplied. The fenced back yard was great for our dogs. The location and cleanliness of the property was great. The property had a few condition/maintenance issues that should be addressed (dead tree in the back yard, peeling exterior paint) but did not affect our vacation stay. I would stay again!
