The property was absolutely ideal for our family of five (two adults + a 12 year-old, 13 year-old and a 15 year-old). The host was amazing (and exceptionally helpful/responsive), and the vacation property is incredible -- exceeded expectations all around! A perfect tropical vacation -- thank you!

We had such a great time. Communication with Sandra was amazing. Her suggestions on activities were perfect. We kayaked in the bioluminescent bay in Fajardo, drove jet skis that we rented from the Wyndham resort next door, hiked some trails in El Yunque, drove a UTV via Carabali Adventure Park, and spent a day in Old San Juan. The restaurants in the resort are great and convenient. We had fun in the casino there one night. There is a brand new pool that was 2 weeks away from being finished right outside our villa patio. That should be real nice! The views drinking coffee on the patio were incredible. This villa is in a perfect location to have a lot of fun. We even spent 4 hours driving around other parts of the island to appreciate more of Puerto Rico.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The view of the pool and ocean from the balcony was beautiful! Loved having the pool and ocean so close to the villa. Pool was never crowded so boys felt like it was reserved just for them.
Kitchen was well stocked for our breakfast and lunch needs. Great recommendations from owner on food / dining options.

I was expecting a nice view, but when we arrived I realized that pictures can not capture the beauty of Puerto Rico! Our villa was very nice and very well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. Our hostess was amazing and she was in constant contact with us in case we needed anything or had any questions. Every staff member we came across was very kind and always ready to offer suggestions for restaurants and activities. We will definitely be going back again!

The view from the balcony was picture postcard stunning. We visited the first week of May and it was like having your own private beach! Easy access to the Wyndam resort amenities without staying with a crowd. Highly recommend

My family and I cannot say enough good things about this vacation rental experience. We had been looking for a two bedroom rental, beachfront, with pools, and within walking distance to restaurants for four adults and two children ages 4 and 8. This fit our needs perfectly. From the time of booking through the time we left, Sandra was beyond helpful in preparing us for our stay. The Villa had a feel of a hotel, but removed from the crowds and hustle and bustle of the large resort next-door. However, it was wonderful to be able to walk the short distance to the hotel next-door for the restaurants. I highly recommend this rental for a family with young children. Thank you Sandra. We hope to be back next year!

Such a great experience working with Sandra. She provided valuable information regarding PR - general info, what to pack, things to do, etc. Sandra answered all of my questions and checked in regularly during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Loved that she provided not just expected linens but also provided beach chairs, other beach items, sunblock, toiletries and ice. Small touches like this are so helpful when you're traveling. Would definitely stay here again.

We had not been to Puerto Rico before this trip, and we loved it!!! Staying at Sandra's villa was perfect! It beats the resort next door! And there's a ton to do in the area. We went to Luquillo Beach for a calmer surf/swim in the ocean, visited El Yunque (reserve 24 hours in advance and be logged in at recreation.gov to do so!), went on a fun snorkeling cruise with East Island Excursions (book before you go as they fill up), and went horseback riding with Carabali Rainforest. Everything is so close by! We had to carve out time to spend a day at the villa, where we had lunch on the beautiful balcony, swam in the pools, and used the boogie boards on the beach. I loved waking up to that view every morning!! My husband had to peel me off the porch on check-out day. Sandra is awesome, communicates throughout the trip, and most of our excursions came from her ideas. Awesome escape from winter and work!

The villa was just as described. Perfect location. Our host, Sandra could not have been more responsive or accommodating to all our needs. Jesus, the manager, was there immediately when needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to be back. Hopefully soon.

We had an amazing time at this property. It was EXACTLY as described in the listing down to every detail. Sandra is amazing in communicating with you from start to end and the kitchen was better equipped than I could have ever imagined. We loved the fact that we had the option of cooking our meals or enjoying a meal at the many restaurants at the resort. or pool restaurant, that was with in walking distance from our Villa. Its literally what I call, the best of both worlds while you are on vacation. A beautiful Villa with all the amenities of a beautiful resort.

Sandra’s villa is simply a slice of heaven. Everything about our stay was top notch. From the comfortable beds to the well equipped kitchen to the spacious bathrooms, great televisions and tons of beach and pool supplies for use. The location is perfect literally right next-door to the casino and restaurants. The Wyndham property in general is awesome I had a great time there - we walked the beach every day we utilized the pools in the hot tub that were available and exclusive to Sandra’s Place. I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience this was

This was my second time staying at this villa and I cant say but awesome things about the owner and manager of this property and the property itself. Sandra makes the process easy. They are always available when you need them. Sandra advise us of the problems the were having with the electricity going out before we checked in and gave us the option to leave if we wanted but I had faith everything was going to be fine and I can say that while we were there we had no issues with the electricity. The view od the Villa is just soectacular. We were so sad to leave. Sandra expects us back soon! 🤩

Amazing Villa!
We had a wonderful time at this property! The location and views are spectacular! The Villa was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked for families like ours who enjoy preparing their own meals. Sandra (owner) and Jesus (manager) were great to work with throughout our stay.
The property is located right next to an incredible resort, with a number of great restaurant options. You must go to Palio during your stay! The property is behind gated security, and the location is convenient to Luqillo, Fajardo, San Juan and El Yunque. We don't think you could find a better location on Puerto Rico.
Sandra gave an incredibly detailed check-in and welcome packet with plenty of great tips for groceries, shopping, dining and fun activities. We recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation!

Wonderful!
From start to finish, Sandra was an excellent host! She has great communications, gave excellent recc's and check-in / check-out was a breeze. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Wonderful view of the ocean, two great pools and a hot tub! We did so many fun things in PR including ATV, El Yunque hiking and boating / snorkeling to Icacos. We walked over to the hotel next door many times to eat at their restaurants - never had an issue getting in. We ate at Margaritaville, Roots, Caicu and got ice cream multiple times at Roots to-go. All were great! Thanks so much Sandra!

Gorgeous view/steps from the beach
Nice condo! Place was so nice. The host had the air on and nice music to great us. We enjoyed the restaurants near to us. Host had available chairs and a cooler to use! The views were amazing! We walked everyday at least 3 miles….highly recommend this place!

Rain forest just around the corner. Easy 40 minutes drive to San Juan for a day trip. Easy 35 minutes drive to Fajardo for diving with SeaVentures. Lots of local restaurants and close to grocery store. Host super responsive . Went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. We had a fantastic week. Would definitely stay in this place again.

The Wyndham property is gorgeous. It is well manicured and managed, very safe and has access to everything. You see very little impact from the hurricanes. The access to El Yunque, Fajardo, local beaches, Loquillo, world class fishing and more is fabulous. There is excellent food all around and adventure at every turn.
The owner is PHENOMENAL! She’s left incredibly detailed instructions about the unit, where to eat and what to get at local restaurants, how to access things, fun things to do and more. She communicates proactively and is available almost all of the time to answer questions and help. Our flight was cancelled four different times because of weather in the US and she was ready and willing to adjust our stay and to flex with us. She refunded money for unused nights and could not possibly have been more kind.
Puerto Rico is awesome! We would definitely come back and would highly recommend staying in this location. If you come here, you want to come *here*.

My husband, our adult daughter, and I had a wonderful time at Sandra's condo. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well supplied for our 6 night stay.
And what a location! It was a 30 or 40 minute easy drive from the airport, and we enjoyed being away from the crowds of San Juan. Every day we walked down a short flight of stairs, past the lap pool (which was completely unused while we were there), and then we were right on the beach! We walked up and down the beach each day and practically had it to ourselves. The surf is pretty rough there and we were told not to swim. That was fine with us, as we just enjoy walking and wading, but families with small children may want to drive to a beach with quieter waves.
Sandra gave us great tips for local restaurants, and we also had one very good breakfast next door at the Wyndham. We had a couple excursions to Old San Juan and into the island interior, but we also spent many relaxing hours sitting on the villa balconies, reading or gazing at the ocean just in front of us. Lazy and lovely.

We had an amazing time at this property celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The property was beautiful and the condo was well stocked and clean! Sandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had! We will definitely be back again!

The view was beautiful, the home was beautiful, and completely stocked with everything you would need right down to the sand buckets for the beach. I highly recommend this property.
