The restaurant ahd room service team were great! The location was perfect and the physical environment was pleasant.
The welcome from the gentleman on reception was very poor. I used the accessibility button as I cant walk, no help came. I struggled with the revolving door with no help from the man on reception. Fellow travellers helped me. The man on reception refused to use the accessible lowered check in desk despite being prompted to do so by a fellow traveller.
I requested 4 additional pillows to help me manage an injury I was given one and then further requests were ignored!
