Удобная квартира в хорошем месте.

Всё замечательно, в квартире есть всё для проживания. В спальне большая кровать и в гостиной широкая кровать, которая откидывается и на день снова убирается. Очень удобное расположение, близко к озеру и парку, недалеко университет и до вокзала пешком тоже недалеко. Тихое место, вокруг офисы. Есть балкон. Видеоинструкция по заселению очень помогла.

Really nice!

Location, cleanliness, privacy, facilities - all great!

Self check-in was okay until I did not find an apartment number anywhere on the instruction. There were three apartments on the floor and I was exhausted from the trip, so it was difficult in the beginning to find out which door. I also did not want to bother other residents to find out which door works with the key. However, I called their helpline and problem was solved.

Logement très correct. Confort situation géographique équipement tout était satisfaisant.

Aucun problème pour récupérer les clefs de l'appartement disponible en libre check-in dans une boîte aux lettre sécurisée. Par contre le bip parking devait être disponible dans l'appartement sur la table du salon mais aucune clef n'était mis à disposition. Il aura fallu que l'on contacte QUOKKA360 (Erica) pour trouver une solution pour accéder au parking...le bip semble ne pas avoir été restitué par le précédent occupant

This is a keeper.

We had a wonderful time. Check-in was easy. The host responded promptly to questions. Clean and quiet apartment. Close to bus station. Great location.

Very good

It is very clean and well located. The parking spot is a great plus, there is an elevator in the building.

The head of the bed is peeling off and the washbasin should uave been exchanged long time ago. It is administered by quokka360, it worked ok, but the tone of the agreement and messages is simply unpleasant, how they trust in our education that the apartment will not be damaged. Lack of airconditioning, but it is written in the description of the apartment.

3 nights in early April

nicely decorated, balcony, comfortable bed, good shower, convenient location, easy self check in, and they let us arrive 1 hour earlier.

Coffee machine didn't work, couldn't leave the luggage at check out, and didn't offer the Ticino ticket for discounts in Lugano

The apartment is large and spacious with a great location and underground parking. Excellent support when contacting staff via WhatsApp.

We stayed in this apartment in 2020 and again in 2023 and were a little disappointed this time as the wasn’t as thorough as in the past and the apartment is starting to show it’s wear.

Excellent Lugano apartment

This was my third time staying at Il Parco apartments and I love the convenience of the location and easy under ground parking.

This was a smaller apartment than I have stayed in before and the bed definitely needs replacement. You just rolled into the middle and springs made a lot of noise. Thankfully I was sleeping it in alone.

Superb

Perfect for a stay for 2 couples with kids with 3 nice bedrooms, spacious living room and dining area and well equipped kitchen! Location is great close and nice walk from the main station, very near the lovely park with a beach and a big playground. Very clean and comfortable with 3 bathrooms, floor heating.

The only thing I would improve is to leave some dishwasher capsules at least one for the first wash before the guests can go to the store and buy some as store is a bit far away 🙂

Disappointing

Location close to lake and park. Could walk to railway station. Large 3 bedroom apartment

Nowhere to hang clothes in 3rd bedroom where the duvet was also missing, sockets did not work in kitchen, so had to use kettle and toaster in dining room, windows were filthy, long dark hairs on rug and in bedding, thick dust and crumpled handkerchief behind bed in 2nd bedroom (see photo), handheld vacuum not working, clothes airer in utility room not working for wet clothes, broken hangers in wardrobe in 3rd bedroom, relaxer chairs in lounge do not work, kitchen not well equipped to cook a meal, oven fan worked, but not oven, only 1 bulb of many working in light fitting in toilet. Not Swiss standards and no reply or acknowledgment from Quokka to our complaint after 10 days, which is unacceptable

Very good

The location of the apartment is very good - a walking distance from the centre. There is also a grocery nearby, just 5 min by car. Free parking place is the advantage.

No aircondition - this is the biggest minus of the apartment as one of the rooms is almost all day in the sun. There is a double bed and one sofa in the apartment. The sofa was OK for one night, but longer stay could be painful.

convenient, nice space, comfortable, well appointed, safe, free parking in secure garage

small maintenance issues….shower cabin needed repair, bathroom sink had damage, terrace door broke - became dislodged from its track. apartment was very stuffy. luckily there was a fan. fridge needed to be defrosted

Nice large flat with good location, careful about check out time...

The flat is really large with everything you need in it! Perfect with kids or friends. The location is great you can visit Lugano on foot.

The decoration is not very modern but is ok. Check out time at 10 am is too early and they charge 50.- if you want to stay until 12 am which I found exaggerated. The flat has no view and can be noisy on weekend nights.

lovely spacious flat which was close to the centre of lugano. much better than expected! easy check in and check out

limited sockets for the kettle/toaster - these were swiss equipments but the sockets were european! we only found one adaptor

really nice place, easy checkin, will recommend to label the switches.

good location, cleans home with all you need and plenty of space. modern

no luggage storage space for early checkin and late checkout. all appliances are connected to light switches on the wall and nothing is indicated so you will likely not be able to turn on the wifi or the coffee machine.
