About this house rental
Nestled in Bolinas, this charming house for $450 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Eclectic 1970s 3 story home perched above Agate Beach in Bolinas is the perfect location for families or couples seeking a quiet, relaxing getaway in a rural location. With spectacular 180 degree ocean views , a sauna w/ an ocean view, and a well equipped kitchen, you won’t need to leave. Only steps away, down a narrow path, tide pools await. Beyond the two ocean-view bedrooms with Queen beds, and the bedroom with twins, there is also a room off the primary bedroom with a twin trundle. The full/queen pull out couch in the TV room can sleep up to two people. 2 full bathrooms, plus a half bath. 3 minute walk to Agate Beach, 7 minute drive to downtown Bolinas. 1/2 acre fenced garden has multiple decks with views, propane grill, large trampoline, and plenty of seating for a gathering. This is strictly a NO PARTY and NO PETS house. If local friends stop by during your stay and bring their dog, the dog must be kept outdoors, and cleaned up after. Bed Configuration: 2 Queens, 2 twins, 1 twin w/ twin trundle, pullout couch. NOTE: Near the house, there is a cliff on the other side of the property line. Though there is a wire fence in place, it is best to keep children from venturing unattended on that side of the property, and the wire gate should be checked regularly to ensure it is closed at all times. Cell coverage is spotty, so there is an internet landline for calls within the States.. Internet is excellent through fiber-optic service. The rural property is located at the end of a .5+ mile dirt road in a quiet, residential part of Bolinas. The neighbors value their quiet and privacy, and we have assured them that guests will respect this perfect, peaceful spot. All guests must park on the property behind the gate, or well off the road between the two driveways. Do not park on the other side of the road, and always leave enough room for fire trucks to pass. NOTE: All online bookings are subject to owner approval. Off Season: 2-night minimum (excluding holidays) $1,100 first 2 nights. Such beautiful views from every room! Lots of balconies and a spacious yard. The house was gorgeous and as listed. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was remote with dirt roads and lots of potholes, but we made it in a minivan. Still just 13 minute from "downtown "Bolinas, and 20 from Stinson. A 3 minute walk to Agate Beach that had great tide pools. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We got incredibly fortunate with the weather - fog sat off the coast and was able to enjoy eating outside overlooking the ocean. Primary has ocean views, open the windows and listen to the waves crash, bathroom has an extraordinary view as well.
Management company provided us a BBQ and Charcoal preemptively due to malfunction on the gas grill.

We arrived with such excitement into Stinson Beach. Happy home clean and ready to go so timely. The house so beautiful and well equipped in all rooms but having all you need to cook & entertsin real plus. Loved the style of home , the art, the coziness. Very clean and bery spacious. Enjoyed the deck at the front to simply hear ocean and birds. I loved being away tucked on hill .. took planning but I made great trip to market before arrival. Loved having music available , games, books. Nice to have BBQ too. Thankful to have had time with family and have such nice home to recieve them in very comfortable.
