The main floor has a queen bed room, a bunk room that has a twin on top with double bottom bunk, with 1 and 1/2 baths and the basement has three king beds, one bedroom with futon (that could sleep two small children). The bathroom would be shared but is quite large! There is a full size pool table, game machine with 1000 games (like donkey Kong, pac man, centipede, etc.) along with a scenic deck off of the basement. Sleeps up to 10-11 adults in beds and three to four children on bunks and futon. There is plenty of space! Then main floor has living room with large sectional sofa with four recliners. The dining area has a large dining table with six chairs and large bench that can seat up to ten people. Private chef available-price depends on menu from $59 pp for brunch-$100+ surf and turf-10 person minimum. Massage therapist about $110 per hour. Both based on availability.
