Property owners do a nice job communicating and place is amazing! Loved the entire stay and have no complaints! Owners were available for any questions and I highly recommend their properties if they treat them as this one was done! Great times we had and wonderful memories accomplished! PS the deer was a bonus!

Great house for family vacation
House was perfect for our immediate family of 11. The refrigerator was not working when we checked in, the owner brought us ice chest and eyes right away and then went and bought another refrigerator so we would not go without. Pool was nice. Loved the oversized kitchen,living and sitting area.

Great place for a family gathering
Although my wife and I live in the northwest part of San Antonio, we needed a large gathering place for family coming into town. During the day we had about 12 people hanging out eating and relaxing. We didn't go out to a restaurant one time in 4 days, but instead brought food to the house where there was everyone could eat and play at their leisure. The inside of the house has been refurbished, so it has a number of places to sit and visit, and plenty of room to spread out. Some people went outside to hang out by the pool, while others stayed cool indoors. The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with me to make sure. Good access to Boerne and the Rim shopping area in San Antonio. Great experience overall.

Super easy check in. Roman was amazing. Gave us all details before arriving and everything was exactly like stated in the ad for booking. The house was actually more then we expected!!! If I could give it more then 5 stars I definitely would!!! The house is absolutely amazing for a small family or a very large family!!! The pool was much much bigger then I expected and kept my 3 kids age 13,10,and 6 very entertained!!! The house was pretty much fully stocked all we really had to have was the groceries we were going to eat! If we had a question or needed anything Roman was very quick to respond and bring it right over!!! He cleaned the pool daily which was amazing because I mean who wants to do that when they are on vacation!! The house was close enough to all attractions but far enough to where it was so peaceful!! The beautiful scenery was a bonus. We had deer come every single night to our yard and we loved to watch them. Then finally we got to meet the tame doe who would eat right out of your hand!! It was definitely a nice little bonus!! Highly recommend this place and we will definitely use it again in the future!!!

Great place & location
The house was in a great location and in a very peaceful area. The home interior was extremely spacious and welcoming. Everything needed was provided and easy to find. A WiFi extender (if the host may provide or not) may be suggested for those seeking a strong signal in the other bedrooms further from the main living area and master bedroom. The host kept the pool and hot tub well-maintained. To note, for logistics of future family or groups deciding to stay, one bathroom is part of the master bedroom and the other bathroom is practically shared by four bedrooms although they're not adjoining. Expect to see deer (and the occasional fox) near the area and maybe even close to the home. So be wary of yet kind to the peaceful wildlife. The home comes highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.

How can you feel you have privacy when it is clear that you are being watched? There is clearly a camera on the outside of the building at the entrance, however, his timing as to when he would show up to maintain the pool and hot tub made it obvious that he knew when we were in it. The camera on the front of the house does not show the back yard so we can only assume there was another camera somewhere that would show him the back yard/pool area.
Everyone including my kids felt awkward when he would show up.
We have stayed at multiple VRBO's with pools and this is the FIRST time we have had anyone show up to maintain the pool/hot tub while we were there. I would have gladly taken care of minimal pool maintenance needs instead of having him show up unannounced and not at set times etc..
In addition there is nothing luxurious about this place. The master shower is very unsafe. Its an 80's style shower (NOT MODERN) that you step down into. The towels seemed like they were from the same decade and reeked of mildew. We ended up buying our own towels.
Other things:
- No directions whatsoever in the house for anything.
- Many of the lights require a remote controls - some of which were missing.
- Pool area and outside are unsafe and when we arrived the patio and backyard was literally a mess. It was not welcoming at all.
- WHY IS THERE A BIG CHUNK OF FOAM PADDING ADHERED TO THE WALL BEHIND THE MASTER HEAD BOARD. My wife was literally to the point where she thought he had cameras in the house with the timing of his stops.
The reason I gave this guy 1 star through and through is that he has multiple other properties he manages and based on our experience here I would want the actual property owners he works with to take notice and re-evaluate their options on who manages their property. Ultimately we didn't feel safe here due to his actions 100%.

Our family stayed here for spring break. Great place. Roman was very attentive and responsive. Clean heated pool and hot tub. Easy drive to Alamo, SeaWorld and Six Flags. Rooms nice. We will come back for sure.

Roman was the best host! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order since we were visiting from Houston. We wanted a quiet spacious location to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday and the pool and the hot tub topped off the experience. This home was spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Would definitely recommend this home for a getaway! Thank you Roman for everything....including mailing my daughter's jewelry back that she left!

Better than expected
I don't mean my expectations were low.. I mean I was surprised by the property. It exceeded the expectations that I formed while booking. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Hard to believe you're in San Antonio. Multiple times I had to slow down for deer crossing the road on my way to the property. It felt very private. The house was clean and comfortable. It came stocked with lots of towels and kitchen necessities. Nice washer and dryer if you need to do laundry. No shortage of air conditioning in the house. Tons of space to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The pool and hot tub were clean and functioned as they should. The yard and swing set was perfect for our 3 toddlers. Roman was very professional but easy to talk to and responded quickly to texts and emails. You're just a few minutes from a CVS and a nice gas station for some basics you might need (beer, ice, snacks, gas, etc.). Maybe 10 minutes from Walmart. 20-30 minutes from tons of good food options, six flags, sea world, and the river walk. I would highly recommend this property and will likely stay here again in the future.

Roman was the best host! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order since we were visiting from Houston. Awesome winter getaway!
We had a great time staying at Roman's property! The house was so spacious! We traveled with our 5 kids as well as my parents. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out, we never felt like we were too crowded. We visited in the early part of February and it was warm enough that we were able to use the heated pool and hot tub! The kids had a great time. We also loved the little swing set, my toddler really had fun running around and climbing. Close enough to restaurants and stores to be convenient, but located in a quiet, spacious, treed neighborhood. If we come back to visit San Antonio/Boerne this is definitely where we will stay!

Lovely "retro" home!!!
LOVED our stay at this 1974 beauty. In great shape and so much room for our 4 grandkids to run around and find "cool" places to play. Easy to get to downtown SA, which we did every day we were there. Roman was so easy to work with and always available. Pool was older, but in good shape and always clean. It was perfect for our 10-4 yr olds. Very quiet neighborhood. Will certainly keep it on our VRBO "stay again" list!!!

Family Getaway
We enjoyed our lil weekend getaway with our children and grandchildren. The house was everything we hoped for; clean, roomy and welcoming. We spent our days in the pool, which was bigger than expected.
We had a quick response from homeowner, Roman, when asked a question.

Great place to get away
My family and I rented the house for a "social distancing" getaway and it was great. The pool is shaded in the morning and afternoon, which made it a nice spot for the kids. The neighborhood is spread out, but you're still close enough to get food and grocery deliveries. We used the grill most nights and enjoyed the back patio. Extra star for the neighborhood deer and other wildlife.

Great for multiple families!
We stayed at Roman’s property for a quick staycation with extended family - the house was great for all, from age 4-69 plus our dog. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the house had everything we needed. The previous guests had broken the coffee pot but Roman replaced it right away. Great place - feels private and out of the way but also super convenient to San Antonio La Cantera/FiestaTexas area

Great home for a large family get-away.
Our entire family spent Christmas week there--7 adults and 4 kids and had a great time. The pool and hot tub were big hits! Plus it is close to Six Flags, Sea World, the River Walk and the Alamo. We also visited Natural Bridge Caverns which has tons of stuff to do--and the caverns were amazing! Roman was a great host; he had a decorated Christmas tree all ready for us when we arrived! We also inadvertently forgot to put in the car a full backpack when we left. I called Roman from the airport and he sent it UPS before we even go on the plane! We all have wonderful memories of our time there.

Comfortable house close to downtown Bourne and San Antonio
We loved our stay. Roman was a great host, the house had everything we needed and more. So nice having coffee and other kitchen items already there for us. Beds were super comfortable and the couch was amazing to snuggle up on and watch movies together. The weather was a little chilly during our stay and Roman was great about coming by to check and heat the pool. Great house for a family or group of friends. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great place nicely set with easy access to everything.
We really enjoyed our stay here at this awesome home nicely located between Boerne and San Antonio. It was a short drive to any of the attractions in the area. Kids had a blast swimming in the pool and playing on the playground. The friendly neighborhood deer come in the morning and evening for their roman lettus snack. Kids would feed them by hand....so awesome!!! Love the floors and the openness of the home. we spent 12 days here and could have stayed a few more for sure!
