We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. We were also able to add breakfast on at checkin with no issues. The receptionists were very helpful and informative. We got extra tea/milk dir room with no issues. The bed was comfortable like sleeping on a cloud after a long day of sightseeing.

Excellent location, good facilities, and really nice sized rooms.
Didn’t have the food but looked nice bar offered really good options.
Very very noisy outside the hotel needs some soundproofing, we had to buy earplugs.
Bed was a bit too soft and the pillows were awful.

Room clean and facilitys were good, modern and a nice shower, Hairdryer/Iron/Ironing board in room, also Tea and Coffe
Only thing was no fridge in the room

Housekeeping decided to not change our bed and only remake it even though we told them we had spilled something on our sheet
