About this house rental
Nestled in Miramar Beach, this attractive house for $557 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Newer house in gated beach community, private backyard pool with optional heat, normally needed early Spring & late Fall. Split bdrm design with 3 king bdrms + 4th bdrm with XL Twin over Queen bunkbed + trundle that will sleep 4 children (or 2 adults plus 2 children). Why stay in a cramped condo and share a pool with strangers when you can have the privacy and convenience of your own home & pool. All 4 bdrms have TV & full length mirrors, 3 bdrms have DVD players. King bdrms & living room have ceiling fans. Attached Garage to unload luggage and groceries, instead of climbing stairs or riding elevators. Gas grill on pool patio for grilling at home if you don't want to go out for dinner. Fully equipped kitchen with Granite and Stainless, French door fridge with 2 ice makers. Separate utility room with full size W/D, Keyless Entry, 2 car garage with key pad so everyone can come and go without keys. For children's safety, house has pool alarm on back door + extra deadbolt up high. SimplySafe alarm on front door for your optional use. Pool can be heated for a fee of $275/week, usually needed early Spring and late Fall. Please note: Pool heater will not work when temps get below 40 degrees. House is approximately 500 yards from beach. Complimentary seasonal Beach Service provided (March thru Oct) on our private beach, called Seashells Beach. You can walk to our beach or drive 0.3 mile east to free beach parking by Pompano Joe's & the beach restrooms. Close to everything in Destin: Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, Grand Boulevard, Harborwalk, restaurants & Marina. Truly a home away from home!

Stop looking, this is the place you need. This house was the most equipped house I have ever stayed in. Had everything I needed in the kitchen, for my baby, for my kids, for the pool and the beach. The space was the perfect size for 4 adults and 4 kids.
The beach is a short walk, we didn't feel like we needed to rent a golf cart. It's even walking distance to a few good restaurants.
The owners responded to all my questions quickly, and they made sure that we were comfortable.
They really set the bar high for me, and we wish to stay here again when we visit Destin.

Everything was great. Prime location, access to the beach was convenient and the pool was great! Mike and Sherry were very responsive and helped make this trip very easy! Highly recommend!

The home was in an amazing location! Very well set up and clean (only issue I had was some dirt and lint under the furniture that I would not have been noticed if my baby wasn’t crawling around).. sherry was so amazing at checking in with us and quickly resolving the hot water issue we had. Would definitely recommended and stay again!!

This property was amazing!! Well stocked. The pool was fabulous. All the beach toys and chairs and the wagons to get it all to the beach were great to have. Any issues we faced were immediately addressed. Love this place and would go back!!

This house was one of the best stocked homes we have ever rented. Great location, very quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach access, and close to everything!
Pool was wonderful, especially since we had 2 double red flag days while there.
Owner was very communicative, and helped resolve a couple of issues very quickly.

Our week stay was wonderful! Good location with easy driving access to shopping and restaurants. Walk to the beach can be a bit long for elderly depending on your situation. House was clean, but we did have to sweep upon entering the home.

The house was as advertised. Communication with the owners was excellent. The house was really stocked and really well maintained. The pool was great and the kids loved it. The bedrooms were all nice, bathrooms were nice and clean. There was a wagon provided that we were able to take back and forth to the beach. The location was great for us. It was our first trip to Destin and we will definitely be going back. The entrance to the private beach was about a 10 minute walk door to door. Having the beach set up included was really great. No complaints at all.

We had a large group of 8 with ages ranging from 7 to 60. The pool was perfect and heated. I think we spent more time in the backyard than the beach, which is only a few blocks away. The owners thought of everything, our stay was comfortable and felt like home away from home. A small glitch at the beginning but the owners were on it immediately and it was taken care of just as quickly! What a wonderful stay!

We had a great time vacationing at this house! The house was clean, well put together, and fully stocked (including appliances, dishes, beach toys, beach chairs, etc)! The heated pool was great and the private backyard was awesome. By the second day we were there, we knew we wanted to come back next year and are already booked! The owners are great and had great communication! We can't wait until next year!

The house was incredible. We had plenty of room for 8 adults. The pool and pool area was awesome. It was just a short walk to the beach and we had everything we needed for the beach provided by Mike and Sherry. Sherry was so sweet and was helpful with any questions or issues we had. There was parasailing just a short walk down the beach. If you have a group and want an amazing vacation, I recommend you talk to Mike and Sherry about this property. Thank you guys, we had an amazing time!!! I will definitely be talking with you again.

This is a beautiful home that was well equipped. The house is close enough to walk to the beach. The owners paid for 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach and had plenty of chairs and beach supplies in the garage for guest use. We were given plenty of bath towels for our stay. We did not want for anything while we were there. This was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The owners are very nice and want to make certain that you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. You cannot go wrong by renting this house. We had 7 people. 4 Adults, 1 teenage boy, & 2 children under12. We ate breakfast and lunch everyday at the house and had dinner in twice using the grill. We have only been home 2 weeks and are ready to go back!

This property was every bit of the listing information and more. Full stocked kitchen, very large amount of towels, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, GORGEOUS pool and patio. The walk to the beach was easy. Communication with the owner was phenomenal and easy! The neighborhood was so cozy and quiet yet easy to get to the hustle and bustle. The pool and beach toys/equipment were great and very good quality. Our group of 11 enjoyed plenty of space and the kids really liked having their own hideout bunk room! We will be back!

We enjoyed a week at this beautiful house with our extended family. Everything about the property is just perfect! The owners have gone out of their way to make sure you will want for nothing during your stay. Anything you can imagine needing in the kitchen is there! The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It's an easy walk to the beach. It's the perfect place for a large family to vacation in the Destin area.

Perfect family vacation home
This house has everything you could possibly want/ need for your beach vacation. It was big enough for our family of 10. The private pool was great to hop in and cool off after walking home from the beach (about a 8-10 minute walk). There were two beach wagons, a handful of umbrellas, plenty of chairs, and sand toys. The house was stocked with all the things needed to dine at home. The communication with Mike and Sherry was top notch. We will be renting this property again.

Loved our stay!
The private pool was amazing! It was a very hot week, with temperatures in the upper 90s! A quick walk to the beautiful beach with a perfect setup with 2 chairs and umbrella!! The Oxners were the perfect hosts when we had questions. Would recommend this property to families of all sizes. We were 7 adults and 4 kids and fit perfectly in this house!!!

Fantastic Vacation
We have been on many vacations from Long Island NY, Virginia, the Carolinas, Hilton Head, and the east and west coasts of Florida. This was at the top of all of them.
The owners Sherry and Mike were so cordial and helpful from the time we signed up! The local manager Kathy was quick to respond to one issue we had. Our granddaughters comments were - one liked the pool the best the other liked the house the best! We enjoyed everything !!!

Waves were a double red many of the days, but still fun to build sand castles and walk the beach.
A highlight of the trip was a family fishing charter with Captain Rob through Fish-In-Daze - perfect length of time and Rob was great. He cleaned the fish when we got off the boat and then we headed over to Brotula’s where they cooked everything up, delicious!
Other highlights include Henderson Beach State park, Grayton Beach State Park, the Air Force Armament Museum, Lulu’s, and of course Pompano Joe’s.
Highly recommend this house - we had a great time and we’re sad to leave. Thanks to Sherry for the great communication and for being a great host!

Quiet location with close walk to beach
This house was perfect for two families of four. We liked that multiple rooms had king beds, and the kids were able to sleep comfortably in the bunk room. The kitchen is well-stocked, and we were able to find everything we needed to make meals when we didn't feel like going out. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach entrance (probably less if you aren't lugging wagons of stuff like we were), and there are several restaurants within walking distance as well. We loved having the heated pool, especially since it was a little cool in the mornings and evenings when we were there. There are tons of stuff for the beach - toys, chairs, umbrella, wagon so you really don't need to bring anything. We would definitely stay here again!
